Good for the price

Tyler was amazing when we checked in. He was very welcoming and accomodating. He wanted to ensure we had a great stay. Room was spacious and clean.

It not what l did like it is more about what l didnt like...the restaurant staff member Juan is a rude person. Disrespectful and l was not happy with my meal as it was not what l ordered, should have had it comped shame.

Nice place but just ordinary. No breakfast buffet and getting to my room was like walking through a maze.

Beautiful and clean hotel with friendly staff. Only complaint would be that the outdoor pool was a little too cold.

Place is tired

The room was very overpriced for the condition. The smell was “moldy” and “musky”. Refunds could not be given… traveled with a child who complained of the strong Odor of the room and the “gross smelling shower curtain”. For almost 200 a night I would expect much better especially for a smaller city like Sarnia.

There was a bedbug found in one of the beds and there was no way to move to another room. The only remedy was not to charge us for the additional cot. No other refund or offers were made.

It was fine.

Nice rooms great location and parking

First the lady on the reception was arguing in the phone with someone who booked through Expedia she was very aggressive in talk and answering . But the other person who helped was nice person When I arrived to room to get some rest after 5 hours drive I noticed that the room is shaking because the laundry room was underneath it I complained to the lady and she said to me that’s a problem . Then she called back to give me a choice to pay for 2 king beds room in swimming pools area or to stay where I am I asked whether that area has kids noice she said yes . I am not happy I think I deserve a refund

Nice location Thought breakfast was included but found out after check in that its not Wife had no shower cap and was dissappointed that there wasnt one

Room was small and the toilet was right beside the bed with no fan. Otherwise it was great. Beds are comfortable, rooms were clean, ac worked well.

Um public men’s washroom need to be monitored better No toilet paper left in rolls Saturday night stay over outside garage over full Not being emptied garage blowing around outside rear building

A great option down by the river. The hotel is a bit dated but it is still a nicer than the boxy hotels that they are building around it. And you can’t beat the staff! Very friendly and helpful at the front desk and in the restaurant.

When this property was built or renovated, they tried to get by cheap. There is not enough lighting in the bathroom You have to move furniture to plug in your phone beside the bed The bathroom vanity is very low and the sink extremely tiny

For the price we were very impressed,the place was clean we had a little patio outside the back door, nice quite place we would return. The only negative thing to say is that breakfast was not part of the deal and I was fairly certain it was advertised as having breakfast, the concierge told us it was only provide on weekdays

Staff was exceptional. The grounds were meticulously cared for. Landscape and grounds were meticulous.

The staff was on point with every request we had and the property had a very clean odour but not overpowering Highly recommend
