Was good just smelled like smoke in the there everywhere

For the price it’s not worth even booking this place. don’t trust the photos. their service was ok that’s not an issue. it’s not the workers fault that that motel sucks the rooms have roaches and they will crawl on you while you’re sleep. they had towels and soap but now ice not gym no pool. even if you don’t care for those things, the basics we expect to be there isn’t there. for example, no daily cleaning. but they did have free breakfast so that’s something. i would only stay here if there’s absolutely no where else to stay! emergencies type situations!

The staff was so friendly but bugs were climbing on the dresser and walls. And in the tub. No clean rags were available all day. The room reeked of smoke. I literally went and bought a bottle of febreeze which still didn’t help much. I got bad allergies and had to get out my inhaler. Online looked great, next time I will check out the reviews. But like I said at least the front desk ladies were kind.

This hotel itself is just ok not much to look at.it is fairly clean on the inside.its good when you are passing through greenville on a budget.but the people that work here are very kind,and accommodating.I would stay here again.

Had bugs in the room. Checked out early and wasn’t given a refund by the hotel.

Staff was rude and unprofessional my boss booked the room for me because it was pet friendly and they tried to scam me out of an additional 250 dollars for my pets. My stay lasted 3 hours someone walked into our room that was supposed to be locked and due to the unprofessional employees I was forced to leave and was on my sleeping meds it was a horrible experience don't stay there

Rooms were dirty, the hallways and common ares smelt like Marijuana constantly. The forst room they put us in had a dead battery in the smoke detector, went to front desk for a battery and they put us in a dofferent room. Great. Got to our second room and the AC didn't work at all. We stayed for 5 days and had to ask for fresh towels because cleaners did not come by once, even though we hung the sign on the door requesting servicing. We are on the third floor, the entore first floor of the property are long term residents who live there. Thats fine, just be respectful of guests. The outdoor pool was right under our room, on two occasions there were people in the pool at midnight being so loud the cops had to come.

We walked into the room, then right back out. It reeked of marijuana, and there were stains all over the carpet. The bathroom smelled like it hadn't been cleaned. The frint desk clerk was very nice, and told us the manager would process a refund as we didnt even stay in the room. Never received a refund.

Not clean. The beds were yellow and the bathroom had all kinds of stuff on the walls and toilet dirty. I will be asking for a refund.

Roaches everywhere! Room not cleaned!!!! Buggers on the wall. Trash behind every piece of furniture, no ice bucket. Worst hotel

this is not a place for the working class people who need rest and relaxation -and- a clean place to stay

you get what you pay for - I mean it satisfied my need, just could have been better. the most trouble was the key and being booked in wrong room

The staff were helpful and pleasant. They seemed to be happy in their work. Cheerful. Felt good. They valued our stay.

There was housekeeping staff but on my 6 night stay I didn’t received any housekeeping. Strong tobacco/marihuana smell all over even if you get a non smoking room . The room did not had toilet paper. Fridge was freezing items even if you adjust temperature , control remote was missing lid batteries kept coming off .Ladies on the reception were polite males gave attitudes it was an okay stay .

Friendly staff, good coffee and breakfast, good a/c and the door keys worked perfectly every time. WiFi did not work well so we did not use it. Overall happy with our stay.

The hotel was awful beds dirty, bugs, no trash can, bathroom wall look like feces on it. Phone didn't work and clock didn't work. Smell bad and moldy. Will never stay here again. I don't rest well at all just terrible Try to get my money back. Worse place I've ever stayed. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

TV did no work

I needed a place to stay for a night and this was perfect. The room was basic, but practical, and most of all, clean. The staff was helpful, and I spent a quiet evening and night preparing for an event the next day.

Dirty hotel first room I was givin had a wasp infestation inside second room I was givin looked like a murder scene blood in sheet boogers on pillow cases bugs the whole 9 yards wouldn’t recommend

It was a good stay

The gentleman at the front desk was nothing but disrespectful. Had multiple issues with the room including; bugs, smoke alarm, plugs/lights not working and the room was very unclean. I had an issue with the smoke alarm batteries dying and asked for them to be replaced, and the gentleman told me “to live with it” also had bugs all throughout the room and the key to the door wasn’t working. Overall a horrible experience and will not receive my business again. I encourage anyone who is looking to stay in the Greenville area to find a different hotel/place to stay.

I checked in late and was “upgraded” to an interior hallway 3rd floor room. I was hesitant. I went to the hallway and was hit in the face with the smell of pot in the air. I entered the room and could still smell it. Even the bedding had the odor. I went back down and asked for another room with an exterior entrance but was told they only had one left. It was referred to as a crackhead room because it was nasty and saved for the nastiest guests. She said she couldn’t sell it to me and offered to spray the hallway to remove the smell. I said fine, left the property for about an hour to give that time to work and returned to several sheriffs car in the property. Sounded like a college campus with all the partying, and this was after 10pm because the pool was closed. I went to my room to see and the smell of pot in the hallway was even stronger. I went into the room and the odor was stronger in there. Not to mention the noise from inside and especially outside was loud. There was a party going on at the gazebo by the pool and I could hear glass bottles clanking around like it was a bar. I said no. Left my key on the dresser by the tv, and left to find another room in a real property. Hope you enjoyed my free rent for the night. I will never stay in this pit again.

Convenient location next to highway. Blocks from restaurants & shops. BUT, you get what you oay for. Entire 3rd floor smells like cigarette smoke. Hallway floor is dirty and place seems grimy. Room itself wasn’t vacuumed and i didn’t even like walking with socks. Found roach droppings & markings on wall. First & last time
