There was mold on lamp and also around the tub it’s was such a very dirty room and smelled like mold also

The location is great and the staff is friendly specially the brazilian fix-it man which was great. The parking is free. And that is it.
Now lets talk about wasted potencial. I had to change rooms at the moment i checked in because the minibar was not working and the door had no secure bolt. The rooms are extremely outdated with VERY dirty carpet. The bathrooms have those cheap courtains which are torn. Room cleaning had to be scheduled in advance. The hotel have two elevators but one was broken during the first 2 days of 3. Not a good experience at all.

The hotel needs repairs and better maintenance. Another thing that I didn't like is that there are cockroaches. What I liked is that it is a studio-type area, which is very good because it is accessible to have better accommodation and accessibility to the parking area.

They did not clean the room until the day we had to check out.

I arrived at the hotel around noon and needed to at least get my bags out of the car so I could enjoy the city, but unfortunately that wasn't possible. After checking in, I noticed people smoking in the hallway near the entrance to the rooms; the elevator wasn't working; the room had torn curtains; the bathroom walls were dirty and in need of painting. It's interesting to see several of these things again. I and several family members and friends meet up every month in Orlando, which is why we're looking for another hotel. Sorry, but breakfast is ridiculous, when it is included we use it to have a coffee with milk and that's it. But paying $10 per person, McDonald's breakfast is better and we pay a little less.

So they don't clean unless you ask and they act as if that's a bother. They take your dirty rags and towels but never replace them fully. I has to keep going to front desk ro ask or take towels from pool area. They are doing construction and renovation but you don't find that out till after you book and get there. They charge resort fees with no resort Amenities. The business center is a joke since it's just a counter. And the ac stop working twice. And eventually had to be replaced. And the staff is untrained and unprofessional. Especially the two youngest female workers.And to top ot off. I paid for room and then was told I can't stay

I was hesitant about this hotel because of the bad reviews but our room was beautiful and very clean! The only downside was the bed was not very comfortable. However that wasn’t too much of a problem because we were not staying more than two nights.

Was not impressed the floors had body hair the curtains had water stains and the lighting was horrible

This hotel was absolutely disgusting luckily I only had to stay here for two days but in that time I managed to kill about 12 roaches and more that we would find crawling on the walls when we’d come back to the room. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone what so ever absolutely filthy!

One of the mattresses in our room was a small piece of foam that covered up the rip in the mattress, This rip exposed the springs on the bed.

This place is terrible. Dirty, broken down and reeked of cigarette smoke and cannabis in the room. I should have just slept in my car instead.

Second time i got put in a handicapped room! Tub didn't work! So no bath! Lots of mold in the bathroom/shower. Carpet looked like it had blood stains! No microwave. Elevators down (again)! Hard bed! People smoking around the pool! Breakfast not inclusive $10.60pp

It is very affordable. Building was a bit "used" shail I say but undergoing renovations so it is being kept up. I feel this was a great place for someone like me to stay at. I would recommend.

The reception manager is the most unwelcoming no eye contact no welcome person I have met. I was disappointed I booked this hotel and was not informed work was going on. I was also disappointed that no coffee or tea was supplied in your room you had to go to reception. The breakfast was expensive for no quality for the price. The room was highly disappointing very out dated and not clean. I am so down hearted... The only good things were staff tried their best to seem happy.... And I liked the pool.... Although towels were rarely supplied, Room service was only on my request... I stayed fot over 7 nights... I regretted my decision. It is however very local to Disney.... I feel very ripped off and would not stay there again

there was a dead roach in the bathroom when we first arrived. the cabinets and cooler were in pretty dirty condition…the smell in the room was not that inviting…

This is a property I would never stay at again. As soon as I entered my room the smell of old stale cigarette smoke hit me like a brick wall and this was a non-smoking room. The condition of the room seemed very old. Bathroom had obviously had water damage and the roof and walls were patched horribly and looked to have 100 coats of paint on them. The room had a very dirty feel to it. The bed and sheets were clean, which was a plus.

For me it was pleasant, the bathroom was clean although could use an update. The beds were very comfortable. A coffee maker would be nice.

We had the worst experience ever. The room was filthy with unclean floors that needed to be vacuumed, The refrigerator was rusty and broken, mold EVERYWHERE, bathroom was falling apart. It was bad so we went to the front desk to explain and see if we can switch rooms. The front desk person got upset because we said the room was unclean but did switch our rooms. The second room was about worst than the first. We couldn't cancel so we just left to find another hotel and ate the lost of money. WILL NOT RECOMMEND and I normally not the one to complain.

I was vacationing for the weekend and it was a horrible experience. Once we got the room the the latch to loc the door from inside was broken and the once inside the housekeeper decide to open the door supposedly to look for something a prior client left in the room without any notice. I had to request to change the room because I didn’t feel my belonging and I were safe.

My favorite hotel! Great friendly staff, great pool! The rooms are always clean! Very spacious! The only hotel i go to in Orlando!

Great location off the main drag. Quiet and comfortable! Room was clean and big, bed was comfortable, and had great water pressure in the shower. Will definitely book again!

Great location! Close and central to everything my wife and I wanted to do around town.
Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. I liked being able to walk to ICON Park and the Orlando Eye.
The hotel is under renovation. Some things are not updated but is expected for now.

OK I DID NOT LIKE THAT I HAD TO WALK TOO FAR TO GET ICE, AND THERE ARE NO ICE BUCKETS IN ROOM TO FILL UP. THE POOL WAS OVER 100 DEGREES. I LIKED THE MAN WHO CHECKED US IN, WISH I GOT HIS NAME I MEAN HE WAS INFORMATIVE, SMILES, NICE AND MADE MY STAY NICE, ONLY REASON I WENT THERE IS CAUSE THE 1ST HOTEL I HAD TO LEAVE IT WAS DISGUSTING BUT I WOULD GO THERE AGAIN I MEAN SONO.
