Receptionists were so helpful, early check in which was good as we had an early flight. Room was clean.
Only have 2 negatives which was bath was very small and no english channel on tv.

We stayed for one night in June 2024. The hotel is located near the center of the city. That being said, it is on a one way street and the signage is not that great. In fact, we had to go down the street twice before finding the hotel as given this is an NH usually the signage is better.
If you are using the hotel parking, it is actually the block before the hotel and then you have to walk down a very steep street...keep this in mind if you are carrying your luggage. There was not place to stop in front of the hotel to unload as there were cars parked everywhere.
Getting to the elevators was a bit challenging as we had to walk up about 8 steps with our luggage before we came to the elevators. The front desk staff did not offer to use the small elevator to get our stuff up to the elevator level.
The room itself was modern and clean but the bed took up about 90% of the space in the room. The bed was comfy but there was not a lot of space to move around. Good air conditioning. We found the water pressure in the shower OK but not great.
Room came with a mini fridge and individually controlled AC unit.

this is a great hotel, I have stayed here twice before and I like it. The breakfast is quite extensive, but much too much for me as I don't usually eat that much in the morning (so it makes it too expensive for me). But I did eat one time, and it is very good. The staff is great, although occasionally the charming desk girl is more interested in going in the front to smoke a cigarette than in helping the patrons.

We have a long history from staying at NH, but we have never been dissapointed like this.
First they gave us a very small room even though we had paid for a extra large superior room, and they initiallly claimed that it was correct. After some discussions we got a room of the righ dignity.
Secondly we had something light to eat at the bar, and my wife got a wrap with something that best could be described as dried fish skin.
And last, we are used to be spoiled with fantastic breakfast buffets at NH, but this classifies as average at best.

Very nice hotel in Genoa's heart.
Walkable distance to Brignole train station and Piazza Ferrari.
Staff was welcoming and cleaning was daily done at high standards.
We really liked the idea of the free drink in exchange of the stayover cleaning. It helps the environment and offers the guest the possibility to enjoy the bar free of charge after a long day touring the city.
We ended up not using the gym, yet it looked very well equipped.

This place requires a taxi ride to get to, but I think it is worth it. It always felt very safe in this area, unlike the downtown area which sometimes was a bit dodgy. The only problems I had here were the people smoking in the next room and I couldn't get the heat/AC to work properly - I was always too hot or too cold and this would cause me to wake up at night. I loved walking around to eat at the local eateries in the area around this hotel - the pesto in Genova is unsurpassed! I mostly like to visit free parks and such, but I did break down and went to the Aquarium (like a tourist). The park with the waterfall close by is a real treat.

Hotel was in a good location and very clean. However elevator noise meant we asked to move rooms, which the staff were very accommodating about, but our new room had very loud people next door who kept us up. Overall an okay stay but not enough noise cancelling within the rooms.

Great location near the historic centre and right beside a lovely park, impressive soundproofing (didn't hear a peep of traffic when the windows were shut), comfortable room and pleasant, helpful staff.

Super clean, quiet, and well-located. The restaurant was closed unfortunately. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable as you could hear/feel the springs. Overall s positive stay.

The rooms offered on the website was different from the room primarily offered from the hotel. We booked two superior rooms and what we got was quite different. According to the hotel, there were all part of the same category but the rooms were quite different (they used the pictures of nicest room obviously as the example of the room category). After 3 changes and some arguements the hotel staff managed to give us only one room similar to the booked accomadation. Some of the hotel staff could be much more friendly. Quite clean service, but old building...Bathroom quite tight and waterflow quite weak. No parking on site. All n all would not rate the hotel as 4 star and overpriced stay for the quality.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was just as in the photos - large and airy, neat and eye appealing, clean, comfortable bed. Decent distance from sights, restaurants and all accessible by foot.

We always stay here when in Genoa, once or twice a year. It’s a perfectly fine hotel and we’ve always been very happy with it. Just two slight surprises this time: we normally travel mid-week but this time it was over a weekend and the hotel restaurant was surprisingly closed in the evenings. There are good places to eat nearby so it’s not a problem but we liked to eat at least once in the hotel and this time we couldn’t. Secondly, we were given a large corner room which was great, except the wifi signal couldn’t cope so we had very patchy basic internet. First-world problems, yes, but still… It won’t put us off staying there again by any means.

Top clean, calm, great gym, conveniently located near center. 25min walk to Principe train station. Got an upgrade as hotel was not full (Nov). Unless you book a basic single room, you’ll have a tiny fridge kettle which is very convenient. Recommend this place. 👍

Great hotel, perfect location 5 min walk from center of town and relevant places to visit. Breakfast was efficient but lacking vegetables. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for one or two nights when visiting Genova.

Negative: We had a room with connecting door & zero sound-proofing (rooms 216/218). Reception was informed, but they didn't care.
