Nasty place

I requested a refund, did not stay, The beds were dirty , bad smell not clean. The hotel put in for my refund, Please refund me.

Terrible quality.

The air conditioner didn’t really work. The toilet leaked. There was only 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes. One roll of toilet paper. Went to front office to get more only gave one more roll of toilet paper. No hand towels had to use a wash rag to dry hands.

Was given a room with no tv. Then given room with a tv but messed up buttons on remote.

The property was adjacent to Sonic Drive-In and was very noisy. The unit had terrible flooring. The bathroom floor was wet. The AC unit was very noisy.

Didn’t get reserved room even when we noticed about our late arrival. Took lot of time to give us room. Room was less than average. No maintenance.

Very nasty

One of the biggest rooms ive ever seen. Very nice. Fair price for the condition of the property. Im a student of Georgia Southern University so i definitely plan to stay again

Great customer service

Almost thirty regular guest a handful are are up late to almost 3 am yelling screaming even kids are up late with no care of other visiting guests along with arguments. I couldn't get any sleep from the noise but staff don't seem to care either.

Terrible location unwanted loitering on grounds just bad

There were bags of trash that had been torn apart, littering the sidewalk. Some of the surfaces in the room had not been cleaned and there was old food left in the microwave. The room had odors of food and smoke.

Did not stay. Made a reservation for a non smoking room with a king size bed. None were available when we arrived even though I paid with a credit card. The room had a terrible smell. My husband was about to vomit. So we left. Told the desk clerk why when we turned in the door key.

This place needs to be shut down it’s nasty

That place is roach infested the air conditioning didn't work it was dirty i see why it was so cheap. I had roaches crawling on me while i was sleeping

Check in was easy the air conditioning worked well but the bathroom has black mold and towels where dirty

This location presented itself as if it was an By the hour location. I felt unsafe With my children, there loitering around. With my children, they were Luders around. There were bugs. The first room I received had too much smoke circulating. The second room I received I was not able to use the shower in the bathroom. The ceiling paint was falling down. The tub painting was chipping. The refrigerator was nasty. The sheets had stains all over them. The third room I received was a little better. The bedding was not up to part. There was no remote to the television. This room did not have a ceiling fan, but the AC unit work. Nikole, customer service was very unprofessional when asking for a remote she was lounging in the waiting area with her feet up with no direction other than pointing.

The sheets on the bed were Dirty with stains, the comforter was dirty the tub was dirty and pealing paint holes were in the walls and the night person was not helpful and argumentative I wanted all my money back that did not happen I got more sheets and they were dirty too OMG they need to bulldoze them

Was given a room that had not been cleaned. There were ashes on all the table tops in the room and blood on the floor. We were given another room that was better, however we should have never been given the first room if the staff had done their due diligence and checked the room.

The room was filthy. Inch deep dust on the fan. No extra pillow if you call what we had pillows. Not enough towels. No hair dryer. Air conditioner was half broken.

It was nothing compared to what I seen online..then they put me in the very back where there was lots of people who looked as if they lived at the property and one guy was acting weird and finally he said he was working security that night and kept asking what was my room number. It was such a scary situation that I asked to be moved to a different room. And I was still scared to go to bed or leave my car parked outside

The rooms were old and is in need of repair. The lamps and shower had tapes to hold together. The smell of the room was horrible and smell like and ash tray. I asked to be transferred to another room upstairs away from the noise and was told that it would cost more. Also towels was not in the room.

We checked in till three different rooms all rooms was filthy and dirty covers had stains on them very dirty blood on sheets and blood on pillows and I did not stay there that night and I still need my refund
