It would have been great if they had given us the room we reserved. I needed an accessible room with a walk-in shower, which is exactly what Expedia said I had reserved, however when we arrived they gave us a room with a tub and shower combo, which I can’t get into. They moved us to a room with a walk-in shower but it wasn’t an accessible room, so no ADA toilet or grab bars.

Handy to everything, including church. Well kept and well lit.

Check in was easy & efficient. The room was comfortable, clean and had what we needed to make our stay pleasant.

The only problem I have is that my receipt says one price but my credit card statement say it was charged an extra ten dollars. I hope this gets changed.

Hotel was nice yet dated. Staff were friendly yet not overly helpful or talkative.

Found ants crawling up our walls and the entire of the parameter of the room where the walls and ceiling meet. Front desk clerk totally dismissed the issue and when i voiced I wasnt happy she asked "well was there anything else besides the ants wrong with your room. Give me a break, you need MORE problems to acknowledge me!? Have sent correspondence to GM twice now without response (which I ALSO told the front desk girl to have the manager call when she was back in, so technically 3 requests for followup) never again here for the pure lack of hospitality.

We would definitely stay here again. Our room was very clean!!! The staff wad very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast buffet had a very good selection.

The facility was very nice and clean. The staff however left a lot to be desired. They were short staffed, which we all are however they very v rude and short with customers.

It was just a quick overnight stay. Everything was fine and the cinnamon rolls at breakfast were excellent.

Great value and convenient as we were attending a taping of Huckabee almost next door.

The location was perfect to restaurants, Starbucks in Hendersonville. The hotel was clean, nice and had a great breakfast and gym

My stay was disappointing. I was given a Double bed room which I clearly requested a King for me and my Husband. The Hotel said this was Hotel.com doing. I was not guaranteed a King room since I booked thru Hotels.com. I never had this to happen before very disappointed.

Not a good property. Service was sub-par, breakfast was average and the beds still have springs in your back, unacceptable.

Trash was not emptied from one day to the next with room cleaning. We had pizza and wings and the leftovers and containers were left after the room was cleaned and waste cans were not emptied
