This is a great little hotel for a great price!!!! Close to campus if you need a quick night to stay and an easy and filling breakfast the next morning. The building is older so somethings in the bathroom and pool area aren’t spotless. But rooms are clean! Beds are clean AND very comfortable!!! Eating area for breakfast is clean. Service and (Staff) is fantastic! My daughter’s dress ripped and they dug around in the office till they found a safety pin to give me!! Great little hotel for the price!

The single queen room we had was quite small but still provided what we needed. The quality level of the carpet, sheets, shower heads, tv, etc... was a little lack luster but again, it was ample for the amount of time we actually intended on spending in the room. The front desk was very helpful and welcoming.

Overall very good experience. Didn’t know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub so I can’t comment on those but I did see others using them. Seemed fine. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast. Waffle station. Scrambled eggs. Potatoes. Sausage. Fruit, yogurt and cereal. Everything you’d really need. I’d stay again.

Despite the property being in a tired, dirty area, I was impressed by professionalism and speed of check-in. That said, the room was in poor shape with toilet loose and rocking, bathroom door swollen and very hard to close and some of the furnoture crumbling as if eayen by dogs.

Everything was OK other than when the air conditioner kicked on. It was very loud and vibrated and woke me up.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. A wide variety of breakfast foods was available. From a variety of fruit juices, cereals, bagels, breads, yogurts, eggs, potatoes, sausages and best of all the fresh waffles, there was a wide variety of great breakfast items. I'll stay there again for the breakfast!

Our stay was fine. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was nice. No local channels on TV, just bad cable. The room was very small but clean. Surprising great choices for breakfast.

This was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. We were in a “pet” room and the urine smell was so overwhelming it made it difficult to sleep. The carpet was so gross, we didn’t want to touch the floor. When the toilet clogged, we were handed a dirty wet plunger wrapped in a grocery bag that was dripping with brown toilet water.

I had an excellent stay. We come to La Crosse often but have not stayed here before. The Quality Inn will be our first choice from now on. Friendly people, nice room, nice breakfast, good location. I had an adjoining room so I was able to hear the people in the next room in the morning.

The room was clean. The bathroom was very small with a tiny sink, too small for anything other than washing hands. Shower head was broken.

Very nice. Not fancy, but great stay for a couple of days.
Pros - Friendly & efficient service, nice breakfast, good shower, clean, mostly quiet, had pool to myself, decent location.
Cons - Room a bit small (but it was just me), bed a little lumpy

Price was good and accommodations adequate. Some furniture needed replacing though. Desk chair in room very wobbly and not comfortable to sit in. The indoor pool was a feature that I didn’t use. But the smell of chlorine and the dampness seemed to be present in the floor I stayed on.

The hotel is dated, cleanliness questionable as there were 2 pieces of trash in our room. Host was on the phone while checking us in, very confusing. Internet deal, so got what we paid for, likely not stay again.

Very Clean, saw employees cleaning the breakfast area and polishing the luggage trollies as I checked out. Room sufficiently large with enough outlets. Sheets and towels were clean and soft. The lighting is dim; I would prefer brighter lighting in room and bathroom.
