Nice hotel with oceanfront views. Few things that I would like the hotel to look at: 1.) balcony is always wet from the ac condenser, slippery for little ones and inconvenient entering the room and to the balcony. 2.) the sink under rims was dirty with black residues falling out. 3.) the hooks in the bathroom was coming out of the walls so we couldn’t use that. We did enjoy our stay. The breakfast was a plus! The staff all were friendly.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. Love the convenience to the beach, quick access to the boardwalk. The rooms are always immaculately clean! Only thing is I would suggest adding screens to the balcony doors. For me being on oceanfront, it would be nice to be able to have door open with a screen pulled across so you can still hear the waves and sounds of the ocean without have to actually sit on the balcony. Also, this time I wasn’t pleased with employee Michael who was working at the front desk my day of check in. Initially he was rude and not very friendly at all. I tried to lighten the mood by saying pleasantries to him, however he was slow to return the favor. Eventually he started acting a little friendly but after much coercion to do so from me. He needs to work on being more friendly to guests. Other than that, the stay was awesome (all other employees were extremely friendly and helpful) and we will be back!

We stayed one night on our way to Myrtle Beach. The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable. We had a last minute guest add on and it wasn’t a problem. Didn’t need to change rooms nor did they up charge me. I paid for a high room and was put on the fifth floor. Was expecting to be on the seventh or eighth floor due to paying more for a higher floor.

We really enjoyed our stay.. everything we expected ❤️

Unhappy. I paid for two king beds and they gave me a room with one bed. I made my complaint and they told me that they couldn't do anything, that it was the system's fault. Then give me back some of my money. They said no. Even the last available and most expensive room. 😒 🚫the room was dirty 🚫No smoking design. Lie, everyone is smoking on the balcony.

Friendly and hello front desk person when check in . It was a Caucasian lady with glasses . Good breakfast . Elevator was kind of hot

It was amazing my wife loved every second and it was dog friendly the staff was great with my dog and the view was beautiful

I would love to give this place 5 stars. However we were unable to enjoy a single evening on the balcony due to the people smoking weed above and below us. I don’t care if you do but impossible to sit in a cloud of it when you don’t. Great room for the price and the staff was more than friendly each time we encountered them. Jack who manages the parking lot in the evening was my favorite part of it all.

Stayed here for a quick last minute vacation before the end of summer. Hotel is clean and staff is pleasant. Plus has a pizza joint on bottom floor that had great pizza at a very reasonable price. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Kim at the front desk was great, cleaning service wasnt great. The cleaning lady only came once throughout our stay because we saw her, no daily fresh towels, toilet paper, or beds being made.

I told Kim the receptionist 3 times that they never cleaned the room, and that's how it was. They never cleaned the room. In the dining room I asked for the menu and the person in charge told me that there was no longer, but there were many people eating pizza and salads. This whole situation implied that they are racist.

All ocean front rooms on higher level

Perfect location for a beach getaway! The room had just what I needed and was within walking distance of anything else I could want or need. Complimentary breakfast is a huge plus! Staff reached out periodically to check in with me which was comforting.

The buffet was not up to par

Quick Check in. Great parking although it’s 20.00 per day. Was able to hear live band from Hilton everyday which was nice. Bed is harder than floor. Don’t stay here if you have back or neck issues you will be worse when you leave. Dogs allowed in eatin area not good even being dog lovers. Unable to get clean towels

The property was kept clean very convenient for walking for certain locations.
