Beautiful, exceptional staff, amazing location. Fantastic room, super comfortable bed, gorgeous grounds all around the back patio. Bartender Mulu in the lounge was top notch and super sweet. We only stay here when visiting DC.

Beautiful classic hotel in a great location in DC. No complaints except for the high cost of parking, however the hotel accommodations, decor and service was great. Very comfortable beds!

The staff is responsive and kind.This hotel is hit or miss in terms of rooms. It is an older hotel, and some rooms are lovely. All rooms are nicely decorated. Some of the rooms in various annexes are very small or remote. Temperature control is highly unpredictable (very hot or very cold with inability to control). For conferences, the food is OK, but definitely not great even for a conference. Nice location near transportation and zoo. A few decent restaurants and CVS are nearby.

Very much outdated but the staff we're super nice and accomated my late check in. Very dim lighting in the room and the bathroom setup was "awkward"

A beautiful, comfortable, and gracious hotel. Close to a Metro stop (Zoo) and drugstore, along with some small restaurants on Connecticut. Includes a spa and a nice restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will return!

Business trip. no microwave or fridge in room. Cooling unit is a joke I know it’s an old hotel but amenities in room was a comical. Hey but at least it had a bed and shower. No counter space in the bathroom. Couldn’t log on to my streaming apps as browser was not working.

Hotel was great! The scavengers that park your car and practically beg for tips was pretty horrendous. I've had valet in the past and never did I feel beholden to the bell. Next trip I'll park somewhere else.

The Omni Shoreham is a DC staple. I last stayed there more than thirty years ago, and I was impressed by how “new” the hotel seemed after so many decades. I will recommend it to my friends and colleagues whenever they journey to Washington.

Very pleasant overnight stay. Clean and well appointed rooms. The hotel is old, but that adds to the charm. Never bothered by a ghost or two walking the halls in the middle of the night!

Hotel was of a good standard and had good facilities.Close to Metro and restaurants and lovely and quiet.
Main areas of hotel were nice but hotel room was dated and needs work...was large though!

I LOVED my stay at Omni Shoreham, it is a LOVELY property and the service was TOP TOP notch. I was treated with friendly service and it seems as though the staff go out of their way to provide stellar service. I will stay here again, happily!

Room was dusty. It smelled moldy. I changed the temp for my room to be a little warmer so we wouldn’t be cold coming back from the pool. Housekeeping turned the ac back on to 68”. Paid for my food with debit card and my credit card was still charged for the food after I spoke with front desk who checked me out and said okay everything was handled and it was not. This was my second time staying and I didn’t have a bad experience the first time.

The hotel is within a few blocks walk to the metro where you can navigate to any place in downtown DC. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the pool/hot tub. The perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We will definitely come back.

Pet friendly, beautiful for the price! Rich rich history - including Beatles staying here! Staff was great - only wish they would have told us how close great shops and restaurants were on this fun little street just 2 blocks away! We found it leaving! No public parking - only valet ($55/day), but special rate on room allowed this. Loved one fee for dog(s) instead of nightly Highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our one night stay so we could go to the zoo. This hotel is located near the zoo and is in a what seemed like a good area. The hotel itself was beautiful and very luxury. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only complain I have is that the AC filter was full of dust and it made my allergies act up the whole time.

The coffee maker in my room didn't work. Went to the business center to b4 I could sit down they wanted my credit card info just to get on. And the other two computers just didn't work at all. the hot tub was filled with dirt on the bottom and you had to go to the desk to have them turn it on. Mind you no one was at the desk. Finally we've back caught the hot tub on once in you can't turn on cause you have to go to get out go to the desk to tell someone it shut off. Not attentive at all.

We chose the Omni for proximity to the National Zoo and it worked out well to walk over. I did not factor in the price of parking at the Omni, so that might have changed my decision if I had known, but it is a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the pool which has extended hours and a pool bar and cafe so we could order the kids grilled cheese right from our chairs. Rooms were clean and comfy. Love the kids activity room for games and crafts. If there were free parking, I'd def come again. For now, we will see.

Very nice place. We spent time at the poo which is a well taken care of space. We enjoyed all of the dining options in the area around the hotel and the closeness by car to the Capitol mall and other landmarks. Our room was cozy and quiet when we wanted to sleep in. Very nice stay in an historic hotel.

Decided to treat my girls to a Washington trip and this hotel was the perfect pick for us. It was family oriented with a nice pool that wasn't too deep and children's activities / games each morning. It was a short walk to the zoo and after a long day, it was nice being welcomed by complimentary iced lemonade each day. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
