Alot of good changes gonna happen …looking forward to staying again

You get what you pay for here. I wasn’t expecting much, but I was a return customer. Unlike my previous stay I had: •A door that wasn’t shut upon first entering. It needed to be pulled in and up hard in order to latch. •Curtains that close fully to keep the parking lot lights out at night. I had to prop a chair and luggage rack against them to mostly keep them closed. •Towels, wash cloths or soap of any kind. •A refrigerator in the room. I went to the front desk to report it thinking maybe something had happened only to be told most of the rooms didn’t have one. When I asked for towels and wash cloths I was given an answer that was as close to “not my problem“ as you can get without actually saying it, which honestly impressed me. Again, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was expecting it to be a similar experience to my previous stay which it fell well short of.

Front desk was unorganized. I booked a first floor non-smoking room. I arrived after 5pm and was told all the rooms had not been cleaned. Despite hotels.com stating there were 4 non-smoking rooms available when I booked the room, I was told the only first floor room was smoking. It took close to half an hour before they were finally able to find me a room. Not the cleanest place, but I have seen worse. Luckily it was only a one night stay.

Absolutely wonderful staff

The room smells the carpets are 30 years old. Please pull them up. They stink so bad and they’re sticky stuff all over the carpets. Put some laminate down and update your furniture. The outside of the building needs to be washed and painted and weeded. Really guys.

Our check-in time was 3:00 PM. We arrived at 3:15 PM and our room was not ready. The lady finally offered us another room around 3:30 PM. The room was not clean. There was unclean towels in the bathtub and trash in the trash can. I went and requested towels and threw the dirty ones along with the bagged trash in the hall outside the room. They were still there the next morning! We were just looking for a place to sleep for the night. This is the worse motel I have ever stayed in and the service was terrible. I would recommend this motel for my dog! I can't believe this is a Wyndham motel! Never stay at this motel! My wife said it use to be a nice motel that she had stayed at previously but never again!!

Shabby, dated rooms.

This hotel charged me $150.00 after I checked for towels they I claim I stole. Which I absolutely did not take. When I called the hotel to dispute the charges, the manager was very rude and wouldn't even consider that a mistake could have been made on their end. Besides that, this hotel is still AWFUL in every way. Rooms are dirty, smelly, musty the room window overlooks a fast food drive thru. There are suspicious persons and drug deals being made all over the property. I felt unsafe the whole time I was there. I guess the fraudulent charge was just a bonus. Honestly? This may have been the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

The curtains didnt block view from outside. The carpet was so dirty our feet were almost black walking on it. The mattresses were worn out. The tv didnt work. The office staff, however, was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was awesome. The room clean but lacked a little

this hotel is in very bad condition. It looks very different from pictures on Expedia. Room was dirty, smelled bad. We found some trash left in the drawer, fan didn't work. we didn't find bath towels in the bathroom. something was wrong with the water heater, we had to wait till water gets warm, but then it becoms cold during the shower.

Light was not working. Curtain cannot cover the whole window.

Disregard this option - spend the money to start somewhere else… front desk staff was so rude. Lock on the door was broken. The hand soap was open and the wrapper left on the counter. Creepy stains on the floor. Mattress felt like something from The Shining and I don’t think bath tub has ever been scrubbed.

The staff were great and the rooms were clean.

Price was right

Tub was backed up so i couldn't shower properly. Had to stand in 10" of water and muck from the drain. Gross! Staff at check in was rude and argumentative. Won't be staying at Travelodge again.

Very dated medium cleanliness

I requested a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. The breakfast was less than expected. They didnt even have water to drink.

We waited one hour for our room despite arriving in the evening. The room was dirty and there was no hot water. The front desk was not helpful. Would never stay here again.

Clean and cheap

Booked a first floor king deluxe and was told there were rooms but none that were clean . My husband and I needed a first floor and had to take a second floor queen without any offer of refund

I didn’t even stay the first night. I put my key in the basket because no one was at the front desk and left. Fighting loud noises outside like someone was trying to come in the room. Didn’t feel safe at all so I went to a different hotel

Horrible first impression...The front person looked very out of it..At first she couldn't find my reservation then about 10 min later she found it..Got in room and air conditioner didn't work,bed looked slept in..Went to front desk (since room phone didn't work) asked for another room and it seemed like she didn't want to,even though I waited about 10 minutes for her to come out from the back after coughing.So I won't be staying there anymore.

There is no difference in smoking and non smoking. The shower curtains were filthy and tub area .

I was very disappointed with the entire facility. I would have thought that a property with AAA backing and using the Wyndham name the property would have been in better shape.

Over booked rooms, walked in to someone sleeping in a room that I was given. Rooms were absolutely disgusting. Dirty towels, dirty bathroom, stains on sheets, cockroaches everywhere.

Room next to mine had broken off door handle and had padlock applied. Crime scene? Concerning. Very difficult access due to traffic/location. For the cost...reasonable value.

This was, by far, the worst place I have ever stayed. I had to be moved to 3 different rooms before there was one with a working ac. The rooms were not clean. I bought purel wipes to clean all the things I had to touch. There was a mount for a smoke detector but it was empty. I was only staying one night so I was determined to make it work until… I was woken up by a rodent visitor to my room. When I went to the front desk and the maintenance guy said “Oh, they made it to the second floor” I was done. It was about 1:30 in the morning but there was no way I was staying there. They would not refund my room because it was “after midnight”. I guess if the rodent woke me up before midnight I might have gotten a refund. Trust me. Don’t stay here.
