Love the convenience of this location

It’s in a great part of town with easy access to campus and Dickson Street. The rooms and shared spaces have lots of Razorback memorabilia and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and we used the gym while we were there and it was pretty nice. There is basically nothing included with your stay. Parking is $15 a day, breakfast cost extra, and I even asked for water and was told it cost extra. The walls are paper thin as well. We could hear every word of conversations next door and there was a dog howling for hours on end one night. For the price we paid, we might stay again but will probably look for more return on our value for our next stay.

I have stayed there a couple of times and it is nice, although I think it is overpriced for what you get. You're paying for the kitchy experience and the location, which is great.

Love staying here because I can take my dog. And love the town. So glad that my daughter goes to UA.

the art style was awesome!

The Graduate is a fine hotel in the middle of the heart of the Fayetteville Square. Staff is wonderful, hotel is within walking distance to many things. However, this last trip the air conditioning was struggling. We tried to enjoy a drink at the lobby bar, but the air was struggling so we went elsewhere.

Great place! Close to Dixon St and Campus!

Shower drain didn’t work. Within 2minutes I was standing in two inches of filthy water. None of the shower liquids (soap/shampoo/conditioner) were filled beyond one or two pumps. The toilet seat was broken/shifted nearly an inch to the side of the toilet bowl. Pretty gross, all around. As I was leaving this morning, I passively mentioned it to two ladies at the front desk. One never looked up/acknowledged me. The other questioned me, and as soon as I stated, “Yes, the shower drain doesn’t work in room XXX” she scoffed at me, looked back at her computer, and said ‘I’ll let someone know’. All around a very disappointing experience.

We had 4 rooms for a wedding, plus the couple who got married. Married couple got back to a room that was very hot, even after being noticed at 11pm and turned on. When couple arrived a little after 2am, it was very hot. They tried to sleep and finally left by 9am and went back to their on home to shower and get ready to go be with family. Did not even use the shower, knowing it would make it even hotter. Another room had the king size bed only 2 foot off the ground that sunk in when on it, making it difficult to get out of. Lobby was very warm with it only 82 degrees out side, so happy it was not a high 90 day which is normal for late July. Also notes put on the reservation were ignored. First come, first served. Evening though check in time is not till 4pm. Not pleased with the service from the front desk either, did not matter with info I had put for the reservation.

Cool fun hotel with super sweet staff, the hostess at the bar and mixologist is the best.

Loved everything except for bar service which was consistently slow and lackluster and expensive.

Love this hotel. It is a boutique style vibe in the center of Fayetteville. Very convenient to the campus and plenty of restaurants. We have stayed several times.

Comfortable, a bit shabby and rundown. The bar was popular but service was slow and awful. Wine selection cheap but priced towards higher end. Would likely stay elsewhere next time.

Great place-super cute design and nice amenities. I do wish we could’ve gotten the room a little cooler at night, but it was comfortable and super hot showers!

It’s comfy and whacky just like graduation

Funky, eclectic hotel with so much style and class. Surrounding town was charming with lots to walk, see and eat. Room itself was fun, roomy and fairly comfortable.

I rented 2 rooms and one of the rooms bedroom didn’t have AC. Other then that It was great. Great location.

Everything was great, will be staying here again.

Overall good, but the text system didn't work and I spent an hour looking for my fridge since the drawers have a faux-door 3 gear bikes are also not great in the area due to inclines

The hotel was average for the price - nothing exceptional, nothing bad. The lobby feels warm and welcoming, rooms are sizable, comfortable, and clean, check-in was easy, and you can walk to many restaurants, entertainment district, and shopping. The valet parking was not a good experience for me - but I believe that is handled by an outside company. Be aware of the extra charges. The price posted on the valet stand and the actual charge were 2 different prices. You pay and tip through the app, but 2 services charges are added each time so the advertised $30 valet rate actually comes to $39 (in my case) and a $5 tip will cost you $7.68.

Amazing as always. The Graduate staff is always very friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean and comfy!
