Great location, easily accessible.

I liked the welcome and cleanliness.

This hotel was near our venue. No problems to order a taxi. Staff very friendly and helpful food was good and plentiful. Great stay at a good price

Great location, beautiful grounds, helpful , friendly and approachable staff. The meals at this hotel were exceptionaly cooked to a very high standard with more than ample size portions of high quality products. This hotel supplied some of the best meals we have had at any of the holiday inn hotels that we have stayed in over the years. The only area of this hotel that we could criticise is that breakfast is served in a upstairs restaurant and the only access to this area is via a staircase which we did find a little difficult to access due to mobility issues. However this did not spoil our weekend stay overall. We would not hesitate to return in the future.

Tucked away at the back of an entertainment complex. Lovely garden and view of the water sports lake.

Excellent recently refurbished room, veey spacious and an amazing sized bed. Staff were really helpful and mafe it an overall pleasanf experience.

Comfortable room, friendly and professional staff.

The staff are excellent, professional, nice, kind. Everything was very nice. Only complaint is, the room was cold and the radiator didn’t turn on. Other than that, great!

Fair. Room was a bit tired and the heating stayed very warm no matter how much I adjusted it. On the other hand lovely staff, friendly and polite.

Great room, massive , very comfortable bed. Nice bar area with good food. Only downside is there is no lift to the restaurant so its not accessible.

Recently stayed here for 1 night as was working in the vicinity. Hotel had free parking and modern reception/ bar area. Receptionists were friendly. Rooms were dingy and dated. Location is just off a large complex with cinema, bowling, restaurants etc

Staff were very friendly and fantastic but they took a £50 deposit off my card which I still have not got back also the tv was very quiet and there was banging in the pipes all night But can’t fault the staff or facilities

I could not fault the hotel for their service. Also their food was amazing. The room was fabulous, only fault was hair dryer did not reach the mirrors. Also paying for parking we did not knownto see reception first before paying for parking. We would definitely be back and book again!

Nice comfy hotel with great staff - in a very pleasing setting with Lake etc. Our second visit!! Breakfast foods great and such a variety = really sets you up for the day!!
