Only 12 hours for Short overnight

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds wete very comfortable and overall this was a great value hotel. Very good coffee.

It was a nice overnight stay prior to going to the port for our cruise to New England.

I was disappointed that there was no port to charge my devices.

The only cons I had was the room smelt a bit like smoke upon check in but my baby was not bothered by it. The pool was also closed. However everything else was really great. Breakfast was good, staff was great. Perfect weekend stay!

The front staff is accommodating and the shuttle service to BWI is great.

Our flight into BWI was hours late. While we appreciated the 24 hour shuttle service, the front desk person was not very helpful with instructions on where to wait for the shuttle, especially as we were not very familiar with it. Check in was super easy through the app so we just picked up our card keys (one of which did not work) and went straight to our room. The bathroom was incredibly musty smelling which could have been quickly solved by changing the fabric shower curtain. Not a bad experience, just nothing special. We were there 3 nights and had very noisy neighbors one of those nights.

The airport shuttle was convenient and on time. The hotel was clean, close to the airport and great for what I needed for a one night stay. I forgot to ask the women at the desk name but she was very kind.

Smelled like ramen noodles in the room. Smelled like weird cleaning stuff outside the room.

It was a well maintained property and everyone was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The cost was great for the quality!!

Love the shampoo, conditioner and body soap!! I wish they had lotion… the room was clean and the front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming

Hotel was very nice, very clean, recently renovated. Breakfast is a hot buffet; however, the choices were a bit limited, but it was a welcomed surprise because we were expecting only a continental offering. We'll stay again.

GYM didnt prepare for towels and cleaning wipes.

Free shuttle great bed easy stay

Underwhelmed by the lack of accommodations for a family of four, a mildew smelling room, and a mediocre breakfast.

Pillows and parking not the greatest. Convenient.

I had a ground floor. Room needs a paint job. Took 15 mins to get hot water through the bathroom sink outside the bathroom.

We booked a room for 5. One bed was a pullout. There was no bedding for it. The front desk said they had no clean sheets or blankets. That's it! They did not care. We made do with sharing. They were polite but useless.

Close by the airport, has an airport shuttle, and an average breakfast. Price was good.

Front desk was great. Room keys were ready when I got there. I called and told them we were ready to be picked up by the shuttle, front desk told me to call her back when I got to the pick up location, that was a little inconvenient, as it took me 1min.to get to the location, I think they could have let the shuttle know we were there. The night driver, was a friendly guy, helpful, dropped us off to go get something to eat. The carpet felt dirty in the room, the room smelt like mildew, moisture. The day driver, the driver who took us back to the airport, was extremely rude. We were scheduled for the 50 shuttle to the airport, we were standing in the lobby at 48min for the 50after shuttle, he closed the passenger door, seemed to be getting into the driver seat, I stopped him and asked him if he was the 50after bus, and that it was 2 min before departure time. I was wearing my mom of a Marine shirt, he said to me are u a Marine I said no, my son is, he said to me he obviously hasn't worn off on you yet. How comment was unnecessary, all he had to say was he was leaving in 2min and not early. His comments went further then that but it's too much to type here.

Well the pool was closed and the elevator was out of order and had too carry luggage down 3 flights of stairs.

We stayed here to be close to BWI due to late arrivals. The location satisfied that criteria. The room is old and the shower curtain is old, and I didn't find a hair dryer. Due to jetlag we chose to sleep in rather than eat the free breakfast.

Friendly staff. Easy check in. Pet friendly for a $25 fee. Free breakfast. Reasonable rate. I'd definitely stay again.
