I literally completed my online check-in about 10 minutes before walming through the door, late in night. No hold up, once info was checked I only needed to sign agreement form for payment and keys were handed to us, 4 minutes top. This place is exceptionally clean and the room no matter how late, seems it was waiting just for us!
Breakfast is nothing phenominal but it is sustaining. I like they brought back the fresh waffles you make yourself, the eggs are scrambled just right and seasoned. Some selections were cut out but overall as I said the place is exceptionally clean, so is the dining area. There are also attendants available at front desk and diningroom at all times to accommodate your needs.

There were cobwebs, loose faucet, some debris left by a previous guest. The bed was comfortable. The second front desk person was friendly. I think guests should be made aware before booking that you will charge double the rate. We have been told we would be refunded half what we put on our credit card. If that does not happen, I will late you know.

Just needed an overnight stay close to BWI and this did the trick. My flight landed a little after midnight, and the shuttle was there in no time after I called and requested it.
The hotel could use a little TLC as you can see some signs of age in the elevator and rooms, but it was not enough to detract from the stay. The room was clean and comfy. I am glad it had blackout curtains because the parking lot lights are incredibly bright.
Similar to the night before, when it was time to catch the shuttle, it was right on time and took us directly to the BWI car rental center.
We did not try the breakfast, and housekeeping entered our room early without knocking, so that was a bit surprising. Overall it got the job done and was worth the value.

The room was comfortable. especially the bed. Also clean. Also plenty of parking for a hotel near BWI (not always the case with BWI area hotels). The issue I had was with other guests, such as the one revving his motorcycle in the early morning, or the ones who played their music EXTREMELY loudly in the parking lot. But that isn't on the hotel per se. Never had those issues before (this is about the third time I've stayed at this hotel.)

So handy to the airport and the Park and fly availability brings me back each time I travel. I appreciate having a shuttle to take me to and pick me up from the airport.

I received a text to enter my booking information prior to arriving, showed my ID at intake and was given a room key. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected, scrambled eggs, sausage and a waffle station were included. Checkout was quick and easy.

This was a quick trip and I was pleased with my stay for the most part. The only down side to this stay was that my bed had a stain and one hair in it. I sprayed disinfectant and put a towel over it and made the best of it for this short trip.
The breakfast was subpar with disgusting watery eggs that tasted nothing like eggs. There was a circle sausage, but no bacon. The bagels were dry and old tasting. I ended up doing juice and a yogurt.

Stayed one night for an event next day. Overall i rate it high because it did what it needed to do. I could get into detail about whats old or needs updating but my room was clean, smelled good, Dove products, soft bed and pillows and the AC/heat worked. Closet in my room was small and idk if all the rooms are that way but thats minor. I would stay again short term. Breakfast was normal.

The night shift was very rude. The dayshift was good, & the one I seen the housekeeping I had to call for towels for my room and a night shift needs to learn better customer service skills. And I would not recommend this location to friends or family.

Stayed for six days.
Breakfast could have used a variety. It served the same throughout the week.
Sometimes the juices are stale and watery. It always runs out of foods and not replenished for ppl who would eat late breakfast.
And when client asks, there lady in charge of the kitchen would say "theres no more bec we have to clean, etc, etc."
Hey, we paid for the breakfast. Why is it our fault if you have to hurry and clean up?
The room cleaners are the best, but they dont speak or understand English. They ckean pretty well.
The front desk staff are nice.
The laundry room only had the washing machine working and never worked. I wished they also have laundry supplies

The room right beside ours had children that were unsupervised. Very loud game was going screaming yelling could not sleep. I had a dog. The dog was barking at these kids screaming very disruptive. Did call down and tell whoever was at the desk. They said they would call them, but the noise continued Said I wanted another room, but they said they were full.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I do not recommend this place at all it was terrible customer service, terrible room quality, no ice machine on the floor we stayed on, parking prices changed from when I called before booking, to to when I checked in, and ultimately the most expensive cost 5 minutes before I was to catch the shuttle. This hotel was the worst. Even the 5 minute shuttle to the airport was welcomed by poor and rude customer service. I’d never stay at this hotel again id rather stay sleep on the street.

We travelled with a dog who is quiet. Other dogs were not so quiet. The hotel seemed to be rather noisy.

We booked a last minute room when our flight got rescheduled for 6am. It was a stressful situation with an overtired toddler. We called the hotel to confirm if they had an airport shuttle, and the front desk woman was super helpful and had someone there to pick us up within 10 minutes. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and it was great for a place to rest our heads before another stressful travel day. We didn’t get a chance to try to breakfast but it’s nice that they offer free continental breakfast. We also took the airport shuttle in the morning and it was super helpful. Noise from airport was not bad at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable. Fit the bill for our family of three with a toddler for a good nights sleep before an early morning trip to the airport for a flight. The check in process was a breeze, the front desk attendant was very friendly and our room was clean.

Reported it to front desk a new unit was put in within Hours great job thank you .Everything was good not a 5star place but hey Hot Shower comfortably beds Breakfast was good and price was right and Service and workers were very friendly and professional Thank you

The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. I love the toiletries that were offered. It says a lot about how the hotel values its patrons. The staff, I can't stop bragging on the staff. They were professional, down to earth, and fun. They went out of their way to ensure my family and I had an enjoyable stay. I also met a new friend because of the sizable, but intimate dining area. A breath of fresh air compared to where we stayed prior. Like night and day. I have found my new go-to whenever I head back to my city of charm! Keep doing an outstanding job! Go Ravens...

Very welcoming and friendly staff and shuttle drivers. Clean spacious updated room, but toilet bowl wasn’t clean. Mattress not firm enough for me. Lots of breakfast choices. Overall good spot and would stay there again.

We reserved a room for 5 people at least a month prior to our arrival. It was accepted and confirmed. When we checked in, our room has 2 queen beds - not enough room for 5. Luckily, there was an additional room available. The additional room smelled like cigarette smoke.

It was a nice overnight stay prior to going to the port for our cruise to New England.

The only cons I had was the room smelt a bit like smoke upon check in but my baby was not bothered by it. The pool was also closed. However everything else was really great. Breakfast was good, staff was great. Perfect weekend stay!

The airport shuttle was convenient and on time. The hotel was clean, close to the airport and great for what I needed for a one night stay. I forgot to ask the women at the desk name but she was very kind.

Our flight into BWI was hours late. While we appreciated the 24 hour shuttle service, the front desk person was not very helpful with instructions on where to wait for the shuttle, especially as we were not very familiar with it. Check in was super easy through the app so we just picked up our card keys (one of which did not work) and went straight to our room. The bathroom was incredibly musty smelling which could have been quickly solved by changing the fabric shower curtain. Not a bad experience, just nothing special. We were there 3 nights and had very noisy neighbors one of those nights.

Picked the property because it had good reviews. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again. Our room had a distinct odor as soon as we stepped in. Smelled like a pet had stayed in there for a while. Found a bug in our bed. Conditioner was empty. Bed was uncomfortable and sheets were scratchy.
