It was horrible. No pool. Room i found a bag of pot in the room..so no cleaning was done. They wanted me to buy soap to wash the dishes.

Had a good time pricing is on the money for that location. They had problems with their card system at first but the front desk worker was trying his best and he make it relaxing

On October 19,2024 you were overbooked and put us into a Super 8. The overbooking is bad enough, but in most jurisdictions you would be required to book us into an equal or better accommodation, and not a worse one.

There was a switch in Management and sone of the communications were off happy to have been one of the families that got to stay.

Place is under new management so look for cleaner updated rooms. Staff is all AMAZING. They went above and beyond to make our girls night better. Location is terrific. For a quick stay it’s a good bang for the buck.

The hotel was below average for the price-the so called breakfast was horrible-thet had no water or ice-the rooms had an odd smell like spoiled food or something-the shower racks were old and rusted tvs disnt work properly!!

I looked some pictures but I thought they seemed very nice. I checked in hotel, but it looked, old school, terrible and odor. I will not come over here ever again.

I didn’t like that there was kids running around the hallways. The air conditioners were ancient and were so loud it kept me up all night. The room looked like it was old but at least clean. The sofa in the living room was old and stained. It looked like a crack house. Never again at least the bed was clean and the lady at the front desk was very sweet.

Will not stay here again- the building needs remodeling and I asked for an early check in and was given to contradicting answers. I didn't think the room was that clean because the stains on the couch and ceiling had stains it was just not what I expected.

We loved all the dining options that were just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is outdated but it was very clean and the suites were spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pictures shown on expedia's website and stamford suite's website are very out of date and not representative of the condition of the room we stayed in. This is a 2 star hotel at best. I would not feel comfortable staying there for an extended period of time. Luckily my stay was only one night because I did not feel comfortable taking off my shoes in the room.

A very bad hotel.Very seedy, definitely over priced. The hallways and rooms stink, i was afraid to sit on the chairs and couch.No in- room coffee or toaster and the breakfast is pathetic only crappy croissants and cereal. No jams or bread for toast, yes there is a small toaster in the lobby. No cleaning supplies for the kitchen, such as soap or dishcloths. Only 1 air conditioner worked. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel was a disappointment. Pictures made this place look amazing but was not the case upon our arrival. The hotel and mostly the hallways and rooms had a horrible smell. The rooms are very big but they need so much work. The appearance was not appealing. Carpet was chopped up and not repaired properly. Old appliances and the black out shades did not close properly some were broken. They shouldn’t even claim to serve breakfast because there was hardly anything available and not a comfortable place to sit and eat. We ended up eating somewhere else. Unfortunately, I do look for a place with breakfast to make it convenient to have a meal or something before I head out. If I didn’t arrive so late and exhausted, I would’ve definitely look for another hotel.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. The photos they use for bookings are beyond deceiving. Everything except for the lobby is outdated and in major need of repair — paint peeling, trim work broken, ceiling tiles dirty, and so on. I booked a King Deluxe suite that was supposed to have a king bed. We got a suite with 2 double beds and they claimed they were booked right up. I BOOKED this specific room for a reason! The entire hotel reeked of stale cigarettes. Only 2 lights in the entire suite worked, leading me to believe that there is very faulty electrical work throughout the building. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will surely never stay here again.

Not a bad stay overall. Nice location opposite the police headquarters and courthouse. Friendly staff. Brianna the hostess was very nice. The suite was very large. The only thing is that the carpet needs changing. The continental breakfast wasn't appetizing but there's food all around the area. But all in all it was an enjoyable stay.

The property is “tired”. Had a reservation for “no pet room”, they had to move us to a 2nd room when I went back to desk to confirm. Woman at desk was on phone the entire time I checked in, & 2nd time I was at desk! It was weekend so could park in local business attached lot. Police across street, so seemed safe.

Do not stay here. We were here 2 nights and didn't have time to change hotels. Here's a list of problems:
not fully furnished, foul odor no dishcloth in kitchen,,no soap in kitchen,sparsely furnished with glasses, tableware and utensils no paper towels, no pots to cook in,several light switches not working, tv in bedroom not working, a closet in the bedroom has glass doors that were off the guide track and the bed was so close to that closet that it was unusable, lamp in the living area had to be moved so that one could read in the one seat that was available, cracks on molding and caulking everywhere. Really can't say why we stayed there except that the bed linens were clean Beds were semicomfortable and we had to go somewhere right after checking in. Elevator was filthy. So called breakfast area had three small tables. Continental breakfast has limited selecton.This place should be condemned.

The hotel suite was larger than I expected. The staff was professional and friendly. The noise from the residential families was a minor nuisance. The halls, elevator, bathroom and common areas where dirty. No hot water or tea bags at breakfast.

The front desk rep was very kind. But the state of the room and surrounding area was just unsettling. The room had an odd smell and odd feel. It was late at night and extremely noisy in the hallway and surrounding rooms. Just overall an unpleasant experience.

The room itself was big it was more like a small one bedroom apartment. It had alot of closets. But it was dirty with old warn out rugs and curtains. The smoke detector did not work nor did it have a battery. Half the lights and electric outlets did not work. No usb ports. There was a mouse trap in the kitchen on the floor. The walls where thin you could everything in the hallway and next door. There were no extra blankets and pillows for the pull out couch. No free breakfast. Just coffee and old fruit. The soap container in the shower were empty. The elevator was disgusting. The whole building was very dirty.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos - mouse/bug traps in room, ripped carpets, dirty walls and stains, no coffee pot and they mentioned coffee and tea also in the room and not there. Super disappointed!

The room was nothing like the photos. I’m upset at myself for not reading the reviews. It felt dark and dingy and I told myself don’t prejudge it’s only the garage and elevator. On our floor like three doors were open as if the bookers were all together, feels like a hostel. As soon as we opened the door the carpet smelled like mothballs. The lights in the living-room and kitchen did not work.When I went to inform the front desk the phone was disgusting , sticky with food residue. The bathroom was less appealing. We checked in around 8:15, we were gone by 8:30

Staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel was dirty and smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. The carpet was ripped and the little amount of furniture in the room was stained and was in need of cleaning. Many corners and crevices in the common areas and in the room were filled with food crumbs, dirt and grime. Essentially, everything in the hotel is in need of a detailed deep cleaning.
Most of the furniture was scratched dinged or damaged. Kitchen countertops need replacement. Most of the exterior window seals have failed making them foggy. There are no window screens.
