Staff did not initially give me a parking pass, stated it wasn’t necessary. Also he was not very friendly and made me wait 5 minutes so he could reply to a text. We got to our room and it seemed someone was in there since the top was locked but the key worked. When we went downstairs someone was at the desk saying they walked in on someone in their room with the key they were given. So I fully believe someone was also in the room we were initially given. The second time I went to the office is when I was told we DO need a parking pass. The space was also not the cleanest. The showers look like they’ve never been cleaned properly and the floors tracked dirt.

The room had been updated but both the sink and tub drained really slowly. The shower walls had also been remodeled but the tile "wall" was falling off and if you touched the wall panel, grout would fall down into the tub, and there was a 1" gap under the wall panel.

Everything was great, friendly employees. Only need to make sure the body wash is full for the next people.

So obviously pictures on line of the hotel are Hard to tell looked nice clean but no it wasn’t a lot was going on in that hotel 🏨 but the front desk guy was funny nice

The first room I got the smoke detector was beeping load every 30 seconds. In the second room the TV didn’t work. There was trash all over the grounds. It looked like it hadn’t been picked up in weeks. Breakfast was terrible with very few choices. The only positive was a couple of the staff were very nice, and did there best to help us, considering they had very little to work with.

The hotel was old and is in major need of upgrades. The pictures posted are very very deceitful and misleading. Housekeeping enter my room without knocking will we were stillnin bed and that was shocking. I will never stay herer again nor would i recommend it.

Bedroom was remodeled but bathroom was stuck in the eighties. Very loud everything, people, cars, etc. Nice little roach woke up next to me and a huge black spider under the non functioning air conditioner. Have pics of insects if you require proof.

the remote controls usually don't work. take too long to address the problem. there have more problems than just that.

We were in town for a Labor Day youth hockey tournament. We arrived a little after 9 pm. We had reserved a room with 2 beds (there were 2 adults and 2 kids (9 &16)). We got to our room and it was a single king bed. On our way to our room there was a couple full on fighting and I told the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. Then when the person was looking for a room with 2 beds he told us he will ha e to check each room as they have been remodeling and not sure what rooms have 2 beds ok fine no big deal, we will wait. He gave a list of room numbers with 2 beds and I picked the closest to the office so he wouldnt have to run all over the hotel, we got our room. It wa not the cleanest but it was almost 10 and we just wanted to sleep. Another family was there and they were given a roo. Underconstrutiin and also had to move then another family had an issue and the person told them he was tired of us hockey parents so they said just refund them and they went so.ewhere else. There were homeless people everywhere, you could watch drug deals and people yelling all hours of the night.

It was very dirty, there were live roaches I killed 3 plus a cricket in the restroom, towels were stained There were people yelling and cursing all night outside

Took a family trip my mom was charged double what they had said called to ask never received and answer and also never received her deposit back also night front desk was rude the keys wouldn’t work to open the room we had to keep going to front desk to get the key reactivated

The stay was awful. The hotel is a center for drug activity and prostitution. I stopped on the way to my destination to have a good night sleep for the journey the next day. I was kept awake all night long by the yelling and screaming of party people out in front of my room. I called the front desk three times and they did nothing to remedy the problem. As a Worldmark Wyndom owner, I am quite displeased to know that I own a property with an organization that support this kind of life style. Quite disgusting. If you want a peaceful place and a good night sleep do not stay here For a living I traveled all over the world and this by far in my 45 years of traveling is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at.

This property is off the highway with transient encampments nearby. They come and go freely and there is no hotel security. Saw a pantless man asking for a light and there were many dog fights I heard with big scary dogs (I love dogs). Last night of my stay dog activity and yelling until 3 am, which was mostly muted by the loud air conditioner. Ask for a remodeled room on upper floor if you choose to stay here.

There was a lot of construction going on at the hotel. The front office staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were small and the bathrooms were extra small.

Positives: Bed mostly comfortable and clean, room was newly remodeled, and air conditioner works great. Negatives: hotel is surrounded by homeless, felr like you needed to carry mase to walk to car, for a non-smoking hotel people smoke on the balconies, and everything smells like WEED. Hotel is under construction lots of noise and debride. No breakfast as advertised, pool is green.

Worst hotel ever. I understood there was construction, but 1st the guy at the desk was rude and un friendly. Outside our room the serage was all over the lot! There was something sticky on the floor and holes in our dirty curtains. The shower wouldnt go all the way from the tub to the shower and made a horrible.screeching when on. Thwn the vlow dryer disnt work. What a nightmare!!

Shower had a plugged up nozzle. Shower door leaked badly. I killed 9 to 12 bugs crawling around on the floor.

Although the property is under construction the new rooms are beautiful and preset just like they are in the photo.

Terrible experience checking in. Initially my reservation could not be found. After 30-45 min on the phone to get that straightened out. I had to wait 30 more mins to check in

Place is nothing what the photos show inside was under construction outside of the hotel was horrible. There was homeless walking around the cars let alone homeless camp right by hotel. People out smoking pot outside hotel room. When I went inside the hotel to the room after going back 2 times since my key didn’t work the beds were dented in covers had markings on them I walked out and booked another stay I was not refunded but I will take that over my car being broken to or catching bed bugs. In that time I left 2 others also refused to stay

Front desk guy looked like he didn’t even want to be there. Didn’t explain 100$ deposit. Didn’t explain WHERE our room was actually located - found out even numbers were on one side of building and odds on other! The “lobby” was all torn up - no mention of that ahead of time - SO no breakfast available as mentioned on site either No mention of the wonderful homeless encampment next to the hotel Photo of room on site showed FIVE big fluffy pillows on king bed - there were 3 little KID size pillows Good thing our stay was only overnight

The property is under Total renovation. It didn't say that on the website. The lobby looks like a broken down Warehouse. The rooms inside the room look good but when I asked for soap for the shower they had an attitude at the front desk. When I asked for a fork they said oh after breakfast they put everything away like they couldn't get me. A fork in the area is not too bad, but it's on the corner where there's homeless people and even though it's fenced off, they're still some shady stuff going on in the parking lot
