The hotel is quite comfortable and well located in front of the beach. It has a fairly large and refreshing pool. A fairly protected and spacious parking lot, divided into 3 lots. 2 on the sides and one in front of the facilities.

I paid for my daughter and her husband to stay here for their first wedding anniversary. We have stayed at this Jacksonville Florida Hampton Inn before and absolutely love it. The pool is like no other. Makes a guest feel like they’re staying at an island resort. The food is so good too! The breakfast has so much and is delicious. The restaurant here is so good and it’s nice they have tables out by the pool you can relax and eat. I love Hampton Inns because they’re so clean and comfortable and quiet. This one is my favorite!

I live here in Jacksonville and decided to do a staycay. Found one of Jacksonville's best kept secret. I will definitely be making more trips to here as a mini getaway. It's a nice walk to the pier shops,restaurants and nightlife as well.n

The staff was great, but this will be my final stay at this hotel. My family was moved to a holdover room the 1st night after i noticed large water stain with black mold spores on the ceiling of room 231. We were able to move into another room at noon the next morning. Shortly after checking in, we noticed several ants crawling in and around the desk area. The front desk quickly moved us to a room next door. I was advised by staff that i would be refunded for the the first two nights, which i am still waiting to see if that happens. The floors throughout the hallway and rooms were heavily stained and need to be replaced. The bathroom ceiling contained brown spots. The walls and ceilings look as if they had been painted over several times.

The staff especially Carlo, Ro and Miah went out of their way for us. Wonderful stay

One of the elevators was out of service again. We were there at the end of July/ beginning of August and it was out of service then too. It was repaired before we left both times, but the repeated problem makes me a bit nervous to use that elevator.

Everyone who works there is very friendly. The management must be good for all employees to be pleased working there.

The staff was very friendly at all times and very welcoming. The room was very clean, the front desk called us 30 minutes after checking in to see how everything was. The only complaints we have were the pillows were very worn out but I always travel with my own pillows so no issue for me but not so much for my spouse. The Floor lamp base in Room 434 needs tightening as it was leaning to one side. The refrigerator took a long time to get cold and it still didn't cool as it should have even after staying there for 3 nights. The flatware given for the Free Breakfast in the morning could stand an upgrade as it was the cheapest ever and the knife certainly would not cut a waffle. Luckily, we had spare flatware with us.

Excellent beach front property with outdoor restaurants and bar. The staff was friendly and the room was great. Shower pressure was amazing for a beach property. I will definitely be back!

Worth every penny. I would highly recommend it.

The staff was friendly and helpful especially the restaurant. Water was off around 10:00pm and back on by 3:00am.
