Excellent hotel close to where I needed to stay.

Typically, you get what you pay for. For a budget hotel this Best Western was very well taken care of. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. Nothing in the room looked run down or old. The grounds outside were also clean and well kept. Large beautiful rose garden, nice pool, nice Jacuzzi, and they even had a small, but relatively well stocked fitness center. Not sure why it's not listed in the hotel description. They even offer a free full breakfast made to order, no BS continental breakfast.

The rooms are extremely dated and look like something you’d see in a scary movie but the service was great and everything was clean. The guy at the front desk was amazing! Housekeeping was great too.

Our room was in terrible condition. Door difficult to open. Major carpet stains just inside door. Cabinet near fridge totally chewed up.
Two mornings out of four we needed breakfast on time (6 AM) the breakfast room didn’t open until 7 AM.
Tried to call front desk for 15 minutes the first night and they never answered.
Never going back.

The room was big and comfortable. Loved the couch and refrigerator. Bathroom was clean and big. Beds were super comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing with variety. Would definitely stay here again

Hotel is on the edge of the historic district. Quiet hotel. Our favorite part was the breakfast experience. They had a few options like usually, but the gentleman making the breakfast to order was great. It was fresh and cooked to order.

Very quiet, well-maintained, chill environment. Rooms were appropriately clean and comfortable. Pool area very picturesque and enjoyable. Felt very safe in gated and secure building. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!

Shampoo, body wash and conditioner were only available in very small difficult to use 1.5" plastic squeeze containers. Each container was difficult to handle much less squeeze the contents out. Only one set was provided in the unit. We were required to ask for more at the front desk and then only one additional set was provided. Limited breakfast dining options for plant-based individuals. No peanut butter available.

Very quaint- rooms are situated around a lovely pool courtyard. Bed was very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Staff was very friendly, but very difficult to reach by phone if you needed to call front desk

We were in town for 1 night, for a business interview. Checked in at about 9pm and checkout around 10 or 11am. Hotel charged us $250 for supposed smoking in the room when that did not happen. The staff was reluctant to assist getting the charge disputed and would only give me an email to reach out to the manager. I will update my review if they end up assisting me but as of right now I am extremely disappointed with our stay. The room was not very clean to begin with, dirty face towels, and the property itself was only subpar. Not sure if they are charging people like this for their own benefit but as of right now it’s disappointing the lack of support I am receiving.

Our room was very dirty. First was the used nasty band aid on the carpet along with trash and food bits. Parts of the room hadn’t been dusted or wiped clean. Sheets were dirty. Cigarette burns in carpet, bed covers and chairs. Very disappointed.

I love this place. The only issue I had was the second night when I came back a little after 10 pm, my key card didn't work on the gate. Luckily, the lobby was still open and I got a new card, but if I got back after 11, I would have been out of luck. Not sure why I was locked out when I was there for 2 nights. But otherwise, I will stay there again, it's a very comfortable place.

We had a great stay. Reception was nice and chill with a warm welcome. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was quick and filling. I definitely would stay here again when I'm back in the area.

We traveled from Colorado for a last minute Funeral. We did eventually get an 11:30 am check in, had to pay extra, which is understandable. We got into San Dimas at 10am. Ram, the front desk person was so kind and allowed us to relax in the court yard until our room was ready. He then helped us to our room as I have a bad knee and unfortunately we had a 2nd floor room, no elevator. I managed, LOL, just grateful to get checked in, cleaned up and to the funeral on time.
The court yard and pool area had lots of beautiful plants and trees. This was an older hotel, but quaint. We enjoyed our stay and would definately stay again.

In our lifetime, one of the greatest gifts is to cross paths with some uniquely special people. Nina is just one of those people. Always pleasant, proactive, and mindful of providing outstanding customer service.
Of course, I would be remiss if I did not recognize the outstanding service provided by Nina's colleagues Rosa, Zach,and all members of the support, housekeeping, and kitchen staff.
Highly recommend this hotel if you are within 30 miles of this BW location.

The hotel over all has a hacienda type touch. Them rooms are huge, the furnishings are great, But the room (221) smelled musty and old. Like a closet with smoky cigarette’ smoke. The AC worked poorly lucky it was a cool night. Kept the door open till 10 pm. For the price I would expect more.

The room was very spacious and looked clean. The grounds were tidy and nicely landscaped. Breakfast offered made-to-order omelettes, eggs and meat, etc. as well as typical breads and cereals. The location is convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants, even within walking distance.

The hotel was about 45 minutes from Hollywood. Lots of food options around.
There was a pool that we didn't use but it looked clean.
Fresh breakfast was really a plus's it was nice.
Free parking was nice too.
The area was very safe.
My only complaint is that they clearly had a water leak in the room, and the bathroom smelled like humidity, the wall was still wet and it wasn't repair, plus the shower handle was barely holding so it was hard to have the right water temperature
