The room had a can of intense smell permanently hanging on from the kitchen cabinet that made me nauseated all night. Pillows were filled with clumps of filler. There were no paper cups in the bathroom sink. The proposed dirty. The flower areas were full of trash. The TV never turn on. The sir conditioner was at 59 degrees and took all night to get it to 72F. I won’t use it again.

Staff was very friendly when we arrived but the house keeping staff started knocking down my door at 8 am and didn't stop, they were incredibly rude as we left. I had planned to extend my stay but they told me that it was too late and I had to move to a smoking room. One night when we came back to the room after dinner there was a guest passed out at the top of his stairs, I assume, drunk, and another night there was a lost baby running through the parking lot. And there are roaches.

Very comfortable room and clean

This is an old hotel that has been remodeled but it is budget friendly. The coffee pot is ancient and they do not have coffee in the lobby and we never found ice. The room was very clean however there was a strong odor of sewer in the room. The pool was very nice and clean but I never got in it. I have family in Denton and was there to visit. Upon my next stay I will choose a different hotel.

When I accidentally spilled on the bottom sheet in the PM, went to the desk and requested a replacement, old ones on hand, desk clerk stated that they had NONE on the premises. My husband went in, complained and stated he wanted the manager name and when he would be in the next day, and front desk clerk avoided answering questions regarding owner of the property or manager name; as well as the fact that we would now have to purchase sheets as we would not sleep on soiled sheets or on a bare unsanitary mattress. 5 minutes later I received a call that I could come back to the desk and magically sheets were available. The amenities claimed they had hair dryer in room. None in. Had to request 2 times before provided. No maid service one day, even though it was NOT declined. Roaches in the room. Pool on site but unable to see to bottom so not appropriate to be in even though we planned on using prior to this trip. Numerous other guests downstairs obviously smoking so much marijuana that it made our room stink so bad my husband bought a candle to hep get rid of the stink. The days the maid DID provide service she did a Good job. Wi-Fi service was fair at best. They have a lot of long term residents it appears, living there.

Worst hotel ever!!!!

The facilities are very run down. The drive has potholes. The stairwells are filthy. The room was better. Someone tried to come in our room in the middle of the night! The poor went out due to a storm but hotel didn’t go around and check on people at all. I would not recommend this place! Pictures on website need updated!

Looked totally different than the pictures, WiFi would not work, tv was in Spanish only and no one would help us. They did let us park up front because I felt unsafe. Homeless people walking through the property and hanging out. I will never stay at any Studio 6 ever again! Horrible!

Inexpensive. Stinky

I have stayed here before. It seem that this property has went downhill. The doors on the bathroom has a number of dents and scratches. You have an old alarm clock in the room that would randomly go off all time a night and I ended up killing a roach in the room. Lastly, had some random person knock on my door one night. Just be aware that they have a number of people that possibly stay there on a weekly basis. I will never stay there again.

A group had a party right outside my door. I went out and let them know it was late and loud. They kept partying. I called the front desk an hour later and they said there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even come ask them to be quiet I called the front desk a second time and asked for a refund and I was going to check out and go to a diff hotel. They said that’s not possible. I told them I’d just call Expedia to complain. They finally said they’d come talk the the 8 guys drinking at my Window. I felt very unsafe and didn’t sleep at all. The next morning I woke up to a ton of trash and beer cans outside the hallway door.

Would never stay here again!

Pet Friendly / Affordable

I like this hotel if you’re looking for something convenient and easy on your wallet. They are affordable, and nowadays it’s hard to find one like this that is. There are a couple things they could improve, like working vents in the restrooms, and maybe supplying their business with more wash cloths because they always run out..other than that, this place is fine.

For the most part it was a great stay. The beds were pretty comfortable. It had a kitchenette. It wasn’t the best kept place, but it wasn’t bad either. One problem we did have was the 2nd day we were there. Our door wasn’t locking. We asked for someone to come. The handyman was sick, and the front desk attendant tried his best. Unfortunately, it didn’t get fixed for the remainder of our stay. There are lots of cameras on the premises. It is very pet friendly. The lighting wasn’t the best.

Made reservations for our non smoking room w/a note for a bottom floor room since I have a handicapped daughter who struggles w/stairs. We were not given a bottom floor room, NONE of the ice makers worked, NO eating utensils or pots and pans but there were 2 cooking utensils. Tiny TV too. Absolutely zero was done to remedy.

For the most part, the room appeared clean, however, I didn't stay because the pool was closed. When I returned to the front desk to let them know, I found the manager in a heated argument with a female guest (with her 3 yr old daughter) who had been placed at this property to help here escape from domestic violence. The manager was very unkind to her, a bit hysterical while the woman remained calm. I just wanted to get out of there. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
