I hadn’t stayed at the hotel in over 15 years. I was pleasantly surprised at the appearance and ambience of the hotel. It was “fun” and made you smile. The room was nice. It met expectations. They had a small couch that turned into a twin bed, but you couldn’t see the tv from the placement of the couch.

The hotel lobby was nice, I enjoyed waiting for my room by the bar with my boyfriend. They texted us when it was ready and we could see our car from our room. The sheets seemed clean and the carpet too. I didn’t like the smell when I first entered the room but it went away. Perhaps maybe it was a smell from the cleaning lady vacuuming. The towels were clean and all the spa items smelled good with their signature boysenberry scent. I enjoyed the offer to order breakfast the night before by leaving it on your door. I forgot to but I wish I would have remembered. The water took a while to heat up in the shower but after it did, it was nice and hot. I liked how they decorated for Halloween in the courtyard, it was a very festive feel. The gift shop had no size medium in the black hoodie. Only large sizes. Still a cute little shop even with limited inventory. I didn’t enjoy how the parking was $20 when I already paid $180 for one night. Pretty dumb. It was my birthday and I just wanted to have a convenient walk home from Knotts Scary Farm. Oh yea and the pool was out of service. I wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew that.

We were charged an additional $47 for a handicap accessible room & told it was an upgrade. Even though we requested handicap during our booking. Smoke alarm went off & staff was rude about it

This hotel is so cute! It gives a proper nod to the past of Knotts while bringing it into modern times. Comfortable stay. Only complaint would be the A/C really sucked. Besides that it was great.

The perfect place to stay if you are going to Knotts. A short walk over meant we could take breaks with the kids. The room was great and the pool was so much fun! Seemed everyone wanted to soak their feet after all the walking!

Great spot. Clean and fresh. Near to park. Shower wasn’t great pressure or heat all the time and you could hear the people above us with kids running around but either than that all good.

Stayed with my beautiful girls in a beautiful room near lots of venues to shop have fun and dine we also had breakfast in your cafe an it was delicious overall so relaxing. And the pool was soo clean anjust fabulous i recommend to all that are looking for a relaxing vacation with there family no worries

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and clean and well decorated. The beds and pillows were super comfy. There is a great pool area, a very nice gift shop, a bar and a restaurant of course it is also a short walk to Knott’s Berry Farm. This was a very nice stay.

Room size was great and very clean. I appreciated the room well-ness checks as being part of hotel policy every 48 hours. I leave the do not disturb sign on my door because I keep my room clean and prefer requesting towels or cleanings at my discretion, but I appreciate the concern of your guests safety and well being.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfy and clean. Walking distance to Knott's park was perfect! Enjoyed my visit immensely. Will visit again

If you're going to Knott's Berry Farm park this is the place. Nice, safe, clean and less than 10 mins walking from the hotel to the park.

Very clean and nicely remodeled rooms. The new restaurant is excellent, great service, good food and reasonably priced for a resort hotel.

Very clean hotel. Shower water pressure very low. It takes longer to take a shower due to its lack of water pressure.

Stayed at 1 Queen bed and it’s decent. I wish they add a table or a chair to sit on aside from the bed to enjoy our room service breakfast. Other than that. Room was clean. Bed and pillow isn’t too comfy. They have shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Staying with 1 kid. Will stay again. Close to everything.

It was my first time and my last time. Staff very rude and disrespectful. Didnt warn us that jaccuzi wasnt working

It was the best stay we've had in all the motels we stood in. The staff was friendly and courteous the rooms were clean, quiet and were close to stores, Knotts Berry Farm and Soak City. Each time we came in or out of the motel we were greeted which made you feel welcoming and comfortable.We really had a great time as a family. Very highly recommended. The price was not bad at all.The motel has everything you need on site also.

The hotel is beautiful,we went to both amusement parks and had a wonderful time they are all so friendly there.

This is a fabulous hotel. We do a lot of traveling and this hotel is just wonderful. The staff is terrific…both competent and super friendly. We highly recommend this hotel for families.
