Personal to hotel where friendly,
and nice .The room I got always smelled bad , AC wasn’t working correctly, the restroom sink would leak water when in use , certain to window was torn , and mattress sheets also had a tear in it , finally the elevator to tower C , needs some serious service , potential hazard .

Homeless camp in parking lot made the stay really sketchy. Almost afraid to leave my car.

We enjoyed the room and the breakfast. The room was difficult for me who is disabled.

I was put out 1 1/2 days early because they said my girl was smoking. She called me after the accusation & I went back to the room after my son & I finished our bike ride to be told I had to be out in 20 to 25minutes. 3 people 2 seater roadster( car) plus our stuff & groceries and find a new place to go(booking)and I was out in about 35min, They didn't find any proof of smoking,,no alarms went off,they went off of the word of a worker whom was allowed to enter the room & find nothing. But to still say it was our room. Front desk wouldn't let me talk to management directly. Gave me a e-mail address to contact.No reply back. And they went on by saying get a hold of management when they were there. I am still trying to get my money for the room back & my depisit.. They supposedly kicked 4 different rooms out this day .I hope management does the right thing & refunds us our money. If they don't I will go beyond the management & contact BBB etc,,,

It was a great stay and right down the street from our son’s college orientation. The only set back was the fridge had a pretty rancid smell so we just kept it closed and did not use it. Other than that it was a great stay!

Terrible. The bathtub was clogged so we basically showered in our own filth. There was NO shampoo or conditioner and only enough body wash for only one person. The mattress frame is ripped on the outside. There was red dried nail polish on the night stand.
If management is reading this it was room 321. To everyone else you are better off staying at a Motel 6 or in your car.

Terrible experience. The room had a funny smell. It’s dirty outside. Homeless people walking around in the parking lot. Bar and lounge shut down but they won’t tell you. Nothing like the pictures. Will never recommend this hotel to anyon…

Homeless people trying break in my car. Crackheads trying to fight me with my kids. The workers gave me the wrong room so I had wait for my room with infants super inconvenient. I deserve a free stay

Room 260 in building C can hear everytime the elevator goes up or down, very disruptive. Besides that, its a good hotel.

My son, my mother and I felt unsafe. The entire floor smell like trash and it lingered into the room. Also this strange person kept on knocking on the outside door in the middle of the night. We will not be staying here ever again.

On the last leg of a road trip and needed a place to stay for the night. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet. Nice hot breakfast in the morning. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel itself is ok. Room was comfortable and clean.
Hallways were dimly lit and the elevator and ice machine stopped working mid way through my stay. Outside area was a little scary. Loud cars roaming around, alcohol bottle strewn in the planters, homeless people's carts and belonging along the side walk. Probably won't stay here again.

I didn’t like anything about it… it was dirty, smelled like marijuana, carpets were dirty, hair in the towels, the who place smelled like mildew, police presence and I was told by the officer that there are always problems and that he would never stay there… We left about two hours of checking in, the parking lot is unsafe. In the end avoid this place at all costs. Keep your family safe by not staying here!

Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Employees were kind and courteous.

Housekeepers need to ensure cleaning with proper chemicals and actually vacuum and clean tub, dust on light fixtures so that has been cleaned in awhile. All staff are nice, just need to discuss more detailed cleaning. No short cuts when cleaning towels and cleaning in general. Housekeepers using water instead of actually chemicals to clean them would allow me to change rooms.
