The hotel was perfectly located, comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful. There is a bar and restaurant on-site. Overall I cannot overstate how great a hotel this is. I would definitely stay here again

I do not recommend this hotel.. I had Covid and they wouldn’t let me cancel without a doctor’s note even though I sent them a home Covid test. I was doing the responsible thing by not infecting their entire hotel. I used to stay here for work and will never book again.

I was in town for a family wedding and found the accommodations very comfortable, great service and friendly staff. I had an issue with a leak and it was taken care of promptly. It's a great location, close to the farmers market.

We were very impressed. We were only there for one night but location was great. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone asking.

Clean room with nice amenities and sraff

This is a nice hotel in the heart of it all. We stayed in Governor's Club room. The room was very clean, but dated. The furnishings were a bit tired. The bathroom was nice, but the shower sucked. The Governor's Club was just OK. The happy hour had decent snacks, but the drink selections were cheap. My wine was out of a bottle that cost about 5 bucks at the liquor store. The liquor selections weren't much better. The breakfast in the club was very mediocre. Everything was cold. This felt more like a small town Mayor's Club, rather than a Governor's Club..... The staff was awesome. Very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The location cannot be beat. It's in the heart of everything. I'd stay here again, even though it had its faults.

We stayed here for one night and I was throughly impressed with how cute the hotel was. I’d never stayed in a hotel that gave you a keycard for in-and-out privilege for the remainder of your stay. It came in really handy when we came back from the concert we attended and no food places were open other than McDonald’s haha. They even tried to help up find somewhere that was open in the area. The clerks at the front desk were genuinely kind and made sure to ask us if we had any questions, if we needed anything during our stay. They were super nice. I’ll be back and will recommend this hotel to my family and friends, should they need a stay in Madison.

It is an awesome Hotel. Friendly front desk staff a beautiful room with a spectacular view. Convenient to everything. I will only stay there when I go to Madison.

It was an amazing stay. Would definitely be returning. Love that it was within walking distance to everything we needed. Loved that it had a parking garage. Loved the Govenor's club.

Quick overnight in the middle of a holiday weekend. Pleased with the pool facilities and room size for 3 adults. The snacks available after our late check in were appreciated

I was not told that I had to pay $18 for parking (hidden fee). Also I had the do not disturb sign on my door and the cleaning guy proceeded to try and enter even after seeing my girlfriend and I go into the room previously

My 2nd time here and still happy. I upgraded to the club room this visit and enjoyed the free cocktail hour and appetizers them stopped by later for dessert and breakfast in the morning. Well worth the upgrade. I like that they have a hot tub and sauna, however, on this visit the hot tub was not clean and had a ring of grime around it. The sauna was great. I also used the fitness center, the one cycle was not working so i ended up on one of the treadmills that was turned on and working. Hotel has convenient covered parking for a fee. Located next to the capital it was walking distance to so many tourist options. Bed was comfortable room temp was good, room refrigerator wasn't very cold. I used the shower in the fitness area and appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/body wash ... i wish the guest rooms would do this, better eco-friendly option than the small personal bottles in the room

Beautiful hotel conveniently located to all things Madison! Lewis, who checked us in was personable, kind, efficient and enthusiastic; you could tell he loves his job!

Stay was very good and comfortable after moving our daughter in. Close to state street and strolling around the capital.

Typical business style hotel. Not cute. View was of construction. $18 parking and comfortable beds and great location. Strong hot shower too!

One of our best stays in Madison. The hotel is conveniently located near all the restaurants we wanted to go to near the Capitol square, the parking was very reasonable, and online check in was great. Our room was ready early, and the front desk was so friendly and professional. The hotel itself is very tasteful and extremely clean. We plan on returning to this hotel whenever we can from now on.

This is clean, well kept property. I do wish that they would stop putting tiny plastic bottles of soap, lotion etc in every room. These bottles end up in landfills as they cannot be recycled. Time to go the wall units that can be topped up when necessary.

Lewis was amazing and so very helpful during check-in, and navigating getting a shuttle for the concert. Give him a raise!

This was a very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable room! The bed was comfy compared to a lot of hotels I’ve stayed at. The hotel is right on the square downtown, so conveniently located to a lot of things. I would definitely stay here again :)

My family and I were all pleased with efficient and polite staff and the clean, lovely rooms. The location is perfect for visiting the UW campus or state capitol.
