Lovely historic property with kind staff and good amenities

Really cool historic hotel in the center of downtown Prescott. The lobby is like a museum, and the old elevator was cool. We arrived at Happy Hour, which was in a neat bar with really good live music. The room was nice, again with a historic vibe, but fresh and clean . It was as bit crowded with 2 queens (happily, as we had 3 people) and only about 12-18" clearance alongside one to get to the bathroom. There was a park across the street, and tons of restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend it, and will stay there again if we go back.

A perfect quick trip! You are walking distance to almost everything! Lots of cute shops in the area! And some amazing food!
We did bring our fur baby and they provided us with a little goodie bag for him which he loved! The rooms are quite cozy but have everything you possibly could need! The hotel offers some good eateries that we look forward to trying more of next visit! We would absolutely stay here again!

Stay was fine. I had to keep reminding myself it is a historic hotel and it would not be as quiet as a modern hotel or be elderly friendly with all the stairs to get to the elevator or restaurant. A good hotel for younger people however restaurant and bar are small and close early.

We love experiencing the history and comfort at the Hassyampa. The Service at the desk and in the dining room makes you feel like family. We'll stay there every time we're in Prescott

This was a bucket-list stay. For an historic hotel, it was well maintained and I enjoyed my stay. Room was small. Bathroom even smaller. But remember, it's historic. Had a very historic elevator -- operated by the staff. Property was very clean. And I enjoyed my dinner in their restaurant.

Cool historic hotel with cool elevator and "haunted" floor. Service was top notch and location great. It is an old hotel, so expect the old building.

The place was very small in the rooms I felt phobic in the room I requested for a bigger room, but I had to pay more and I didn’t understand why I think the place was a little too much for us, but we had to spend that money it was nonrefundable And drove 200 miles to get there just to use the funds

So very disappointed. I feel like I wasted 500.00. The bed was so uncomfortable, we had to go home early. One member of 6 staff was Friendly. The overnight staff was horrible.

It's a historical hotel, and charming for what it is...I love it! The customer service is AMAZING, and very accomidating. I needed a small piece of sandpaper, and they found some for me. Talk about above and beyond!!! Thank You!

Beautiful historic charm makes this place a great place to visit. We went to the lounge and had drinks and some good food while listening to Lee Stewart playing. How relaxing. Completely recommend.

This hotel was amazing. It was so close to all of the restaurants and shopping in downtown. The hotel was very quiet and the pillow top beds were very comfortable. Customer service was perfect.

Hotel needs upgraded maintenance. There’s was no parking available in the hotel lot because of convention they held had to find street park.

Nice hotel that is very dog friendly. Rooms have historic look and overall nice. Bath and toilet area is really small for tall guy like me though.
