Great stay and great place. It has the feel of a well-cared for and kept older motel. And you can tell that management cares about keeping it friendly and nice. Warm cozy lobby with homemade (officemade?) treats when we arrived. Complimentary water, coffee, instant oatmeal, tea, etc. Very friendly staff. Room was great. My only improvements are firmer mattresses and maybe better lighting in the bathroom area including some night lights back in that area. Excellent amenities very close annd great proximity to U of Oregon. Overall, superior value!

The place advertised that they had a pool and hot tub and they had neither one. The pictures that were on line made the place look like it was a park setting. It was nothing like the pictures or of the description the online website showed or wrote about. The hotel or motel is false advertising its Accommodations and Description of the place and the cost of the place Tripled ,because of the Oregon collage football game which is just absolutely despicable. The only reason we stayed there is because I had to have surgery at Oregon Heart & Vascular hospital Sacred Heart Hospital. And there were no other hotels or motels with any availability. I would never stay at this hotel again and would never recommend it to anyone,because of the false advertising and the cost. The staff were friendly,but other than that the place is just an overpriced motel. We even checked out a day early because the beds were so uncomfortable and very itchy the sheets and blankets felt like they were made out of paper. Horrible place to stay for the price that was paid for this place

The room and hotel are somewhat dated and in need of updating. However, it was clean and more than adequate for my needs.

A little road noise, a little difficult to get in/out due to traffic, weak internet.... but surprisingly a nice little tucked away place to stay. I was here for 3 nights and it provided me everything I needed (except breakfast, coffee and instant oatmeal doesn't cut it.)

Staff was wounderful. Room was large but floor coupd of been mopped. Bed was not comfortable for me. Other than that i wouod stay again for sure.

Great place to stay when going to Duck games. Close to Autzen Stadium.

The hotel is conveniently located but the freeway was loud starting 5 am. The carpet in the room was stinky and way too old - needs replacement asap. The sheets, pillows, and blankets are worn out and need replacement. Other than that, it was good but too expensive for $158/night.

It was a very affordable centrally located facility. The people who worked there were fantastic and very helpful.

The TV got very few channels. Staff was very friendly. The room was nice.

My wife & I stayed for 2 nights twice within a week while visiting our daughter in Springfield. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars. It is a well kept property both inside and outside. Quiet in the evening for a nice rest on a comfortable bed and the staff is welcoming and always in the office. Will be staying hear again the next time we visit Eugene/Springfield.

The rooms are older but clean. The sink and tub look worn, but clean. We could not read the heat dial because the numbers were worn off. The reception was great, even let us check in early. We had a courtyard view which shut off the freeway and road traffic. The bed was comfortable.

I was really impressed with the staff. They were very helpful and kind.

We stayed overnight for a football game. The inn had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and personable!

The room we stayed in smelled like urine when the a/c was on. We noticed it when it started to rain. We put towels down along the restroom doorway to block the smell. The beds were uncomfortable. It was a last minute booking for the night, we just needed a few hours of sleep.

Understanding Of my wife and my medical situation

The staff was very accommodating, but do t let “Inn” fool you. Its an old motel!

I thought it was fine just an average hotel. We got a garden view but I didn’t really think it was anything special, at night people would go out there and chit chat loudly kind of annoying. Upstairs neighbors were super quiet, parking was ok. Overall it was ok, served it’s purpose but don’t think it was anything to write home about

Goos stay

Room was clean,and was able to park our motorcycle close to room which was very important for us. Check in was a breeze, all was good.

Friendly staff, nice rooms , good value the only thing I did not like was the stairs to the second floor both the wife and I are in our 80's and it was hard carrying our suitcases upstairs.

Very nice staff, good location and convenience for road trip.
