Our stay at this property was good. We enjoyed the comfort of the room and the softness of the bed. The staff was respectful and the refreshments in the lobby throughout the day was very much welcomed. The only downside of our stay was not having a safe in our room. We did not have our room cleaned because of this and we had to ask for towels.

It was a great stay overall but I didn’t know I had to request room cleaning

The rooms with two beds are too small.

Worst stay ever and I travel a lot! Arrived at 11 PM and drop off area was full of scary adult men having a party! Then it’s advertised as pet friendly but I had to pay a $75 per fee for one night which was not indicated when I booked. The floor was so loud that I could hear other boarders yelling, running the halls, and coughing all night! Would not recommend and question future stays at Hampton Inns!

THIS PLACE LOOK LIKE A SHELTER STRAIGHT UP DONT BE FOOL BY THE PICKS OF THE POOL ITS TRASH FEELS NASTY AS SOON AS U WALK IN AND IT IS I JUST WENT TO CHANGE CLOTHES AND TAKE A SHOWER AND EVEN THAT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE BUT LIKE THEY SAY U GET WHAT U PIAD FOR I JUST WANTED TO TAKE A SHOWER AND CHANGE

The hotel is rather old and we had to be moved due to plumbing issues The second room was just as bad but when they moved us to a room across from the other 2 it was fine They probably should have taken something off the bill for the inconvenience

Great property for our quick weekend stay!!

The lobby was so hotttt!

Had reservations for two nights. One was cancelled by the hotel, requiring us to change rooms/pay more than amount that was confirmed by Expedia.

Hotel cancelled first night of confirmed reservation morning of arrival, supposedly due to having old credit card information. Staff offered no help/offered nothing to rectify problem. Extremely poor management/service.

cheaper decoration compare with other hampton chain hotels. Brocken beds, limited Breakfast

Great accommodations! The service was superb including delicious breakfast & great coffee!

Easy check-in. Complimentary breakfast was good (cereal). Parking adequate.

Everything was good minus the breakfast hours and the outdated AC

Great stay for my visit to the technology parkway

Hotel smelled bad and elevator was broken. The staff was kind, but I couldn’t handle the smell so I checked out same day.

There were no cups of any kind in our room. I called the desk and was told some would be sent. They never were.

Fitness Center was very inadequate and pool was closed. Also a lack of towels and washcloths for the rooms, And most importantly, a safety hazard that the boiler room was propped open and could not be closed.

Less than average in items in the room. Had to get cups, soap from office. Only two less than average bath towels in room. Not up to Hampton standards.

Upon arrival there were people standing outside smoking marijuana. The desk agent was great. The hotel is under some kind of renovation. There was an odor of mildew throughout the building. My sheets were not clean. I had to change rooms. This use to be such a nice hotel.

It was a nice quiet, clean hotel. The breakfast was great and everything was within a few minutes(shopping).

The customer service rep who checked us in was a delight but a little after 4 we asked another customer rep about how cold the pool water was. He stated that he reached out to maintenance but when we followed up he was very irritated and short with us. I understand that he reached out but it seems that he did the bare minimum. I would assume there is a way to reach maintenance and make sure they do their job. It just seemed like it was more of an ‘hey I reached out so leave me alone’. Our kids had to swim in freezing cold water because maintenance never came. Also, I would assume every hotel has smart TVs to watch Netflix etc. Our kids had to use our phone to watch their shows because the 47 channels that were available were not kid friendly. They need a bigger breakfast area. The. Customer service rep that was there at checkout was a delight also.

Nice size,clean,modern rooms

The staff was so lovely!! We only got to enjoy the pool that Sunday night and then it was being cleaned and drained. It was a good time!

The property, elevator banks, hallways were dirty, debris everywhere. Groups of people would be in front of the property chain smoking. They would also open side doors open and the nasty cigarette smoke will permeate through the inside.

Great stay

Hotel staff are extremely nice and if you need anything they are on it really quick. The hotel is like living in an apartment where you can hear your neighbors clearly. Hard to sleep when people are fighting or baby is crying. Ear plugs solved the problem so I didn’t have to change hotels. Rooms are too dark. Needs better lighting.
