I always stay here when I come down to visit my son serving in Marines on Camp Lejune.

The hotel smelled of mold bedding was dirty had to change my own linen

I liked my room. It was a typical 2 -4 person room. I had plenty of room to put my clothes away, set up my laptop, and wash up. The only reason I gave some fours is because some of the bathroom fixtures felt a little dated and the breakfast area was limited on counter space (which affects flow). Also the breakfast area had a 90. That is border line. All the desk clerks were polite except one who only looked up if addressed. I didn't like that she was not acknowledging people or what they were doing. I came in one afternoon and saw a person going in a ground floor window, that was a bit disturbing.

Came for one night did not see much but it suited its purpose. Would stay there again

The property is terribly dated. We had to be moved to another room because the TV & telephone wasn't working. The breakfast left much to be desired.

Overall great hotel, reception staff was kind and helpful, however one breakfast attendant and one cleaning man were exceptionally rude and arrogant. Breakfast woman made a comment towards multiple guests, particularly waiting until someone of color was getting food, that "it isn't a circle k, go buy something if you're that hungry" adversely cleaning man seemed to dislike caucassian individuals. Definitely need to better vet rude staff otherwise wonderful place, kind Manager and front desk and housekeeping staff.

The AC not working

The staff were super friendly and nice to us. The room stank of bleach and the floor had moisture on it. The walls and fixtures had rust and water damage. The area outside isn’t the best. The people who were above our room had music blaring and were yelling through the bathroom vents.

This was our second time staying here. The first time was good. This time we got a room that had dirty floors. Both times the beds were hard as a rock.. other than those two things, it was a good stay. Staff was friendly the second time. But we would stay here again.

I do not recommend for longer than a couple nights stay. I chose to stay here while my house was being renovated because the price was on the cheaper side and it included breakfast and has a pool. The staff was friendly when it came time to pay but when I needed towels they refused to change them, the lady in charge of breakfast would tell us that she was out of stuff but I would watch her serve it to SPECIFIC people, people are walking around with no shoes, the floors are always dirty in the lobby, the carpet in the hallways are filthy, I saw roaches by the vending and ice machines on the first floor and the only nice staff is the manager and the house keepers. 10/10 would not recommend. There are side doors with key entry access but they will not let you access them. I would’ve took my family and left but we paid for multiple nights at a time and there’s no refunds. Just pay the extra and stay some place else.

I did not like that I was refused towels and the staff in charge of breakfast was rude to my family. There was 1 woman who was nice and so was 1 of the managers. The rest of them were not friendly and I would never choose to stay here again. At least they have a small pool I guess.

Wonderful

The property it is in good location. They have two good restaurant across the street. You have a lot of selection stores around and restaurants. They feel safe management they good quality service so I enjoyed the estate for two days.

The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean the breakfast however it’s horrible. It was a holiday weekend. They ran out of everything which means someone didn’t do. The ordering right was sold out.Hotel.

Loud music late at night.

Well the back door didn’t work by using your key card and that I had to ask to get my room serviced. They don’t automatically clean your room. But the staff always great and everyone is so nice my second time staying here. Would be back next year my kids love this hotel the pool and location close yo everything.
