Breakfast is good. My room had a refrigerator and microwave that I needed. The office chair and sofa in my room were full of stains and had an old smell. The staff was pleasant.

Spa not working, been not working for over a week?

The manager and the cashier were both incredibly disrespectul and treated both my son and I rudely. On top of that, they charged me twice the amount I asked for. I am still trying to get my money back and although they acknowledge that the charge is unwanted, they refuse to give me back my money. I have to fix this through my bank as they want to keep my money. I do not reccomend this hotel at all, watch your pockets.

Everyone we dealt with was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was nice and the bed was clean and very comfortable.

Xlnt check-in service. Room was clean, orderly and quiet. Decent hot breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage links & patties, hot coffee or tea, waffle iron, blueberry muffins, bagels, toast & bananas. Good shower pressure. Next to Burger King & IHOP, very close to highway 8. Good amount of Spectrum TV channels. Would stay again.

We needed a place for 1 night while heading out to California. This worked out fine for us.
PRO:
- Full breakfast! Eggs, sausage, waffle maker, bagels/toast, yogurt, juice, coffee.
- Comfortable beds and bedding
- Felt safe. Attracts familes and working people.
- Good pool
- Strong wifi signal
- Friendly,helpful staff and cleaners
- Quick access from I-8, and close to fast food, gas, and other stores.
CON:
- Advertised the hot tub but it was not kept warm, and the ON switch didn't work
- Shower dripped/sprayed out onto floor
- Exterior doors don't self close, so outsiders can sneak in.
- Internet is not secured
- Surrounding area is pretty plain/ugly/barren
Overall, for a semi-economy property, it felt about right for the price.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. However, room looked out over pool area, which was lit up all night and the curtains didnt completely block out the light and the tv was very small. Hotel us convenient to the interstate.

The only down side was the unpleasant smell in the outside area. Not sure if there was a dump nearby or agriculture was fertilizing, but the smell was horrendous.

They did not have a room ready for me and told me to come back at a later time. I had just driven from another state and wanted to sleep. Had to go to a different hotel and was not refunded my money back. Won’t be back here.

This hotel looks presentable from the outside and lobby. The staff at check in were great. Room was clean but had a distinct smell! However they look to be renovating and there is furnishings stacked near exit to pool, second floor has carpet ripped up from floor. Elevator was fikthy with sunflower seeds spit all over floor. Exit to pool has a makeshift set up for some cats and the pool area hasnt been cleaned in forever with a dead bird, trash and no controls for the hot tub. I hope they get this place in shape!!

The staff was very nice. They were accommodating to my large service dog. Breakfast was good, with a clean food service area. They were clearly in the middle of remodeling, getting new carpet, but there was no impact.

it was okay. It was currently under remodeling which was fine. The carpet was so old and look horribly dirty. The tile was cracked, screens on window had holes. The lady that checked me in was super friend and nice. She was sweet. She was the lady that worked around 630ish, that was when I checked in.
