The pillows and bed were on the hard side. Did not offer cushion to add to the bed. TV sound did not come on for 5 minutes. AC/heater was loud. Shower head 🚿 is old that did not have option to change the water spray. Desk chair is old…leather is coming off. Where was the renovation?

The room was ok but the carpet was spotty and did not look clean. The soap dispensers in the bathroom looked like they didnt get wiped off. When filling bathtub the shower leaked on your head. Landscape looks very tired and is full of weeds, shopping cart left under the stairwell, roof had missing tiles

Overall a good stay and would stay again. It was a bit creepy where we were placed as our neighbors seemed to be living in the hotel or in their car.

There was no door mat or carpet. The thermostat could only be accessed by standing on a chair. The phone did not work. The tv did not work, although the service person was able to turn it on and get 2 channels to work. Since I was there to recover from surgery, watch tv and relax without any distractions, we immediately left. I felt sorry for the young man on duty, as the hotel should not have been opened in the state it was in. Hopefully, the rooms and the electronics in the rooms have been updated since the beginning of January, 2024.

Met our needs, nothing fancy, but very affordable and quiet.

Fell very ill. Couldn’t come into town for soccer match I was hoping to attend. Informed property of my illness that I can’t make it. The illness would be both a risk to the staff and their guests and they wouldn’t refund. I wouldn’t stay here if I were you.

Room was stuffy no remote for a/c. To high to reach. No chair. Toilet bowl was stained black. Shower not clean. Dirt in all the corners of bathroom. Cheap bed. Squeaked. Pillows were tiny square rocks.

Ok for one night, maybe. No room refresh; beds not made up, no fresh towels, coffee service not replenished and only one small hotel size bar of soap Good thing I asked for pool towels at checkin. We bought soap at local store. Old, loud air conditioner which had to work overtime. There was about 2 inch gap in lower portion of entrance door.

Staff is rude. They made me tell my father to leave out the room and wait in the vehicle as guests are not allowed into the room but nowhere in their policy is it stated. I decided to leave within an hour of checking in.

Front desk person was very nice, however the door into the room had a huge gap (to where you can actually see outside.) A giant spider crawled in. The shower didn’t work, and when they came to look at it, they removed the shower head and it was filthy. They still couldn’t fix it and we had to relocate to a different hotel.

The shower was like warm, the shower curtain was ripped . There was a mix up with my reservation. The room wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great.

I previously stayed here and booked as well with Hotels.com/expedia was charged $100 for security deposit and l never saw it returned into my account. This has been the 2nd time like this. I hope this is not going to be a third time.

Property and room was dirty and many electrical outlets did not work. An hour before check out time they deactivated our key card I would never stay there again.

You're only paying the price based on location. The room itself was dirty. Many cracks on the floor. Beds are super skeaky as well as the bathtub. Wouldn't stay there again in the future.

To begin, the place is doing renovations to the hotel.
I was worried bc I seen mattresses in the back with other materials that should be in trash containers and out of sight.

The front desk staff is absolutely horrendous. The man at the counter needs some serious training in what customer service actually means.

Big vehicles in the way no hot water had to call to get hot water first night I had to take a cold shower next day in the morning had to call to get hot water this happened 3 times and had asked for fresh towels. Sink and toilet water just kept leaking so our stay wasn’t a good experience

The staff were nice: when they realized at check in that we had small children they put us in a ground floor room to make it easier for us.
The room had three double beds instead of the three queens advertised. The floor was uneven and tricky to walk on, the pillows were tiny and hard. Again, the staff were nice.

I loved the fact the manager checked on people sitting in their cars to make sure they were guest. Made us feel more safe.
