I had to wait 30 min on staff to check in. The towels were stained and soiled. The floors hadnt been cleaned in forever. Overall, bad location. Wont stay again.

Room was musty…no linen service.

When we woke up in the morning the floor was soaking wet!

Whether was good, Staff was Great , only bad thing was we booked 5 days , decided to add one more day & Red Roof charged $200 . The other 5 days was $ 130 a night.

Not enough pillows front desk woman seemed like she had a attitude room smelt funny

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Would stay again. Only problem that we had was the pool was a little too dirty.

The door to the first room was coming off the hinges, bathroom door didn’t shut, and flushing the toilet took some work. The second room, the lid to the toilet wouldn’t stay up, the bathroom door looked like someone punched it, and if you were sitting down, you had to lean forward, the A/C unit was extremely noisy, and the ceiling had stains all over it. The mattresses in both rooms on both beds felt very springy. When I asked for my receipt, the lady told me she couldn’t give me one because I didn’t book thru Red Roof. Only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes were provided in double bed rooms.

The floors of room was very dirty. Bought mop to clean my room floor. Door condition not safe. You could see the outside through the door.

The property was a bit run down, the bathroom door had a hole in it the size of someone's fist. I would say that I did sleep comfortably, there was no loud noise..

There was a strong smell of concentrated cleaning product that made it difficult to breath for about 5 hours after check in. I had to leave the hotel and let it air out. It was also humid in the room like if mold existed

Um, welll to be honest. The floors were really dirty. We saw reviews about the floors and was cautious enough to bring house shoes and they were needed. Front desk was very friendly. We did go out first day and half without tv but they did come and fix it. We ran out of tissue. Didn’t get any replaced, but it was the last day of us being there so it was okay. Nice pool. Stay again? Probably not. But it was overall okay! Kid friendly & I love that. If they would scrub the floors it could possibly be 6/10.

Room was not cleaned proficiently. Food left in Refrigerator. Booking for 4 people and only 3 towles in the room and to wash cloths. Lighting in dressing area was dark. TV was awful, everyone's faces were green. I do not recommend staying there.

It was clean and looked nice. Did not offer breakfast, when the site said it did. Jusr coffee. Only towels for one person, had to get the rest. Over all the hotel was clean and ok, but not for the price during the week and specially the weekend. I could of pay for a really nice hotel. Still cheap place to stay and easy access in and out.

The floors of the room were mopped with dirty mop water. Our feet and socks were black from the dirt. There were no towels.

JUST RUN NOW! Absolutely horrible. I paid for a superior suite king size nonsmoking room. After driving 5 hours, upon arriving there’s stains on bedding, live roaches crawling on floors and walls, filthy floors, door doesn’t want to shut no room to park, people yelling down walkways by doors, etc. Go inside bathroom and more roaches inside on walls, tub is filthy, no working drain for tub, no comforter on bed just a slip over sheets, one towel and rag, and good luck getting anything resolved without the attendant looking at you like an snobby Karen. No rooms available nearby because of Luke Bryan concert that weekend so changing hotels wasn’t an option and the attendant said nothing else was available. Of course they can’t do anything without the mgr there. Pretty much just sleep with roaches and what appeared to be intimate stains on the bed and be happy about it. I immediately go get spray, mop, broom, dust pan, Lysol, Mr Clean, new sheets etc. and hope for the best. We just couldn’t do it, we left. I’d sleep in my car before letting roaches and bugs crawl over us and god only knows what else. Upon showing the attendant videos and pictures there’s nothing they can do. The hotel calls later during the funeral and tells me I must come back right then but of course I couldn’t, I get hung up on. At that moment my husband and I decided to just leave. I still got charged after leaving. They later refunded one night but still charged for when we wasn’t even there. RUN NOW!!!!

Bed linen stained, rooms humid with light odor , floors need to be mopped ( socks was extremely dirty) stayed 2 nights and no room service. My sister asked to use the broom so we can touch our rooms up.

Check in and out was quick and the employee working was friendly. We could tell the room had been cleaned because we could smell the cleaning products, however the floor was sticky from whatever they used. The bed was made but the sheets on the bed looked rumpled like they had been slept in. Additionally, there were greasy handprints on the headboard.

Blood stained sheets. Bloody boogers on the wall. Dog hair on the sheets and pillows. Questionably pubes on the bedding also. Urine in the toilet. Hand/feet prints on the head board. Absolutely wreaked of bleach yet nothing looked clean at all. They left coat hangers from previous visitor there. I know the dudes pants size. I should never walk in to a hotel room and feel like I know more about the last guy to stay there than my own sibling… Cobwebs on the ceiling had long strands of hair and bugs. The corner of the linens came out black from the filth on the bed frame. Idk man. Too much to list. Stay away at all costs! I still haven’t gotten a refund!

Guy who came in to fix the shower was rude. It was nasty.

the floor in room was damp with water and was that way the all time. I kept mapping but it kept coming back. I told the staff and they came and mapped also but it came back. Plumbling problem. Also the biggest problem was with Expedia booking me for the wrong night. I wanted Saturday night and since the motel was full you went ahead & booked me for Sunday night without my permission & when I found out by your confirmation text you would not let me cancel. Very poor service. Expedia owes me a refund. Very bad experience.

Location is convenient, and parking wasn’t bad. However, the room was very dirty, the floors were sticky, the bathroom door didn’t lock, the AC was loud and squeaky and sounded like the unit was about to break, when we got the room there wasn’t any toilet paper, soap, shampoo, or towels (I guess they didn’t have cleaning staff the night before we arrived), and the beds were extremely hard. If you just need a place to crash, it’ll do. But we’re definitely not going to be returning any time soon.

This place was the worst place I ever stayed in the floors was dirty looks like the floors had never been cleaned the bedsheets had not been cleaned or changed look like someone had been sleeping in the bed The sheets were dirty and had only 2 towels for 4 people

The staff are always very nice the pool is well kept. The rooms are decent for the price, could use some upgrades but everything was clean. Quiet location convenient to restaurants and attractions and a short drive to the beach. Not the first time staying here and definitely won’t be the last.

We had stayed last year with zero issues or complaints. This year the floor was filthy, it was like pulling teeth to get new clean towels, tv wasn’t working, the fan in the bathroom was broken. This suite had no dehumidifier and the air wasn’t great. A couple of staff members were amazing and helpful but the rest were not. Our keys kept deactivating (cause they were day by day according to an employee…we booked for the whole week a year ago) we love the location and convenience of this property plus the price and pool, but I highly doubt we will ever stay again.

Rooms are as pictured. Only problem we had, house keeping did not wash/dry towels before prepping our room. We didnt not have towels for the entire night. We had to use our beach towels we brought with us

No continental breakfast or restaurant as listed the floor was very dirty staff was friendly we had to ask for clean towels the 2nd day.

Our stay at Red Roof Inn was very unpleasant. The grounds were dirty. The sidewalks had what appeared to be spills (soda, beer, liquids) that were very dirty and sticky. Upon entering the room we noticed a smell. The floors were very dirty and sticky. The sink would not drain. At that point we attempted to find a different hotel with no luck. We were traveling with a little dog and it was late. We had traveled over 500 miles already and were tired. I reported the floor and sink issues to the desk with no response. We did stay for several hours to sleep enough to drive again. This hotel needs a lot of attention. Thank you Gwen Martin

Just wanted to stay close to the beach and it was the perfect place.

I did not stay at this property at all. The clerk was very rude and unfriendly at check in. I went to the room, the smell was disgusting, I open the refrigerator and I had to leave the room right away. I call the clerk, she was wondering what tot do because there was no other room available. So I did not feel it was the right place for me and the kids to sleep or to spend our time. In my opinion, never sleep in a bed or a room worse than the one you live in.
