One of the two hot water tank boiler is broken for weeks as a result of no hot water during the high demand hours wich is really a problem and when i asked questions about it ive been giving attitude by the employe at the front desk. Never again.

I checked in on my phone prior to arriving, to make things easier. Unfortunately the individual at the front desk (not the manager) stated he would have to redo everything & get a copy of my cards himself, because he didn’t have access to the company’s website, where I had previously checked in.
So, check in took roughly 13mins.
That was after waiting for the customer in front of me to be processed, which took even longer. The gentleman waiting behind me with his sick wife was told there was no manager on site last evening, at about 4pm, during check in.
The shower was like warm, at best! Shower curtain kept blowing out of the shower, which resulted in a wet floor, even with using the “bath mat”.
Tried to shower last night, & then again this morning, hoping the water would be warmer, if not more hot.
Nope! Still a bit chilly.
Came out for “breakfast” at about 7:30am. (See pic) Smdh I was amazed thay could claim a gas station spread as breakfast! Everything individually wrapped. No drinks other that caffeinated coffee or tea offered. Not so much as a napkin or plate in site, so naturally the counter was sticky & a mess (I cleaned it with tissues from my room lol) .
Oh, and don’t forget the other “guests”! DSS leaches who stay here with DSS paying for their rooms. I met a couple of them last night and was taken aback by how quickly they said that’s how they were able to stay here. They looked shady af or I wouldn’t have cared.
Lastly, tv is not compatible with ANY apps.

The ice machine was broken and breakfast wss a muffin or danish with either tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Yherr was a bit a fruit, but not fit to eat

The location is great, right off 87... the beds were pretty terrible. They were like sleeping on a pull out couch bed. There was an awful smell in the room from the moment we walked in and ot amplified by 200% as soon as the ac was on. Without the ac the room is very stuffy. Rough night.

The room was noisy because I 87 was right out the window. Convenient but noisy. I would recommend rooms on the other side if the building. Bathroom door creaked

The room was old and outdated. Smell was that of wet dog and or mold. There was what appeared to be some type of animal or insect excrement inside the ac/heating unit. Maybe part of the smell. There were a few people that congregated at the outside of the building, right by our window, talking and smoking throughout the night. The only positive was the friendliness of the woman at the front desk.

1st room given smelled like a strong chemical, probably paint thinner or varnish. Also had a power strip hooked up to 8 different electrical units which blew. Only perk close to the highway.

The rooms were old but clean, tub drain was clogged, air conditioner did not work. I was informed after signing in that the key card system was down and that each time I needed to enter my room I would need to go the the front desk and have an employee open my door. the few times I needed the door opened I was never asked for ID to show that was my room so they was opening any room for anyone without checking to see if that was the proper room. In the morning when going to my car there was drug paraphernalia on the ground where children could come in contact with needles and other unsanitary things. while asleep the large picture on the wall over the bed fell on top of me startling me from my sleep. when mention to staff about the picture they didn't even seem to care. I was so dissatisfied I checked out early and will never be back!

They were unable to issue room keys. If you left your room you had to go to the front desk and wait for an employee to go open your room. Extremely inconvenient.

The stay was great. The property seemed like it had been recently renovated. I loved the large black and white photo behind our bed. I rated the stay four stars because there was a problem with their card machine. I know it wasn't their fault, but it was an inconvience for everyone!

This was a very average hotel that did what we needed - gave us a bed to sleep in. It’s dated and clean(ish). It was very cheap which helped our budget for the road trip we’re on. I would recommend the Bullpen which is a couple of miles down the road. It’s a great bar with Guinness on tap that serves good food.

I dit not like the smell of cigarettes on my room it almost make me sick .. the tub was clog and couldn’t take a shower not enough toilet paper… the front staff outside smoking and not payin attention to the customers. Most of all it was the cigarette smell in the room that was horrible.

Know the smell and dampness of an unfinished basement where dehumidifiers won't help at all? That's what this place was like - and it was the ground level first floor. Left AC on for hours but the sheets and air felt damp. Place is really a dive. Room clearly hadn't been vacuumed in a while - I wouldn't take my socks off. Nice enough behind the desk, but weird. Bizarre clientele too .. woman sat in her car all night while her BF/husband/whatever argued with her through the car window. I have an expensive car and feared for it, so I parked it elsewhere. Not at ALL worth the $218 we paid. Will NEVER be back.

Our baseball team booked here - and almost everyone had the same complaint - room smelted dirty and mold.
I found a pill on the floor in my room by the bed.
My tub was completely full of mold.
We advanced in our tournament, so we checked out and booked somewhere else for the extra night.

We didn't get was booked because it said king bed for three which they don't have only for 2. They gave us a room with 2 queen beds which was fine but the room they gave us was next to the boiler room so didn't get much sleep. Hair on towels and shower. Few other issues with the room which I took pictures of so they couldn't accuse us for it. Staff was very friendly that we seen. We only stayed 1 night. They said because I paid cash they would have to send me back a check for the other night which they never did. So mother daughter's vacation was ruined.
