Friendly staff....clean ....always help on site restaurants close by recommend this motel

I thought I was booking another hotel. I didn't realize the rooms were on outside hallways. It was my fault for not looking at all the pictures. But the place was clean and in a good location for the price!

Overall the staff was very friendly. Our room however was disgusting, not only was it just filthy(needed swept, trash needed emptied and the worst part there was a USED condom under the mattress when I chrcked for bugs.

The overall condition was definitely not worth the price or equal to the online ratings. Room was outdated with stains on the furniture (couch, night stand, chair), tub had something melted on the edge (blue in color). Shampoo dispenser in shower was empty, which wasn't discovered until the morning of our departure.

Shower didnt drain, had a 1/2” gap at bottom of door, the curtians to keep lights out didnt close, and paid for Queen Beds but got Full. I give it a 6/10.

I was able to use my One Key monies so for the 40 dollars I had to pay was fine but not worth the real price of 120 plus taxes

We stayed here for 2 nights while my son competed in a soccer tournament. For the price we were very happy. It wasnt a luxury hotel, but it was a clean, quiet, and affordable motel. The beds were very comfortable and soft! The breakfast was basic but good. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

The front desk was extremely nice. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean when we arrived and cleaned every day. The pool was dirty when we got there but cleaned on Friday for the weekend. The bath tub shower walls would have used a little TLC. Nothing nasty just noticed. The breakfast the young lady made every day was absolutely fantastic. Overall for the price I would stay there again.

Great clean location

This hotel deserves 0 stars!!! Booked not seeing the reviews about bugs, got there at 10 pm, the lobby was over sprayed with room scent to mask the smell of the facility. But we were tired and I checked in. Went to the room, same weird smell, went in the bathroom, as soon as I turned the light on and looked in the tub, cockroaches running around!! On the way out a baby cockroach on the tv stand!!! I proceeded to go back to the lobby to tell the man there that I will not be staying there and told him why, he nervously chuckled s as if he knew it’s an issue but told me he couldn’t refund me because I booked through Expedia and I need to call them and he needs to approve. Understood, called Expedia, hotel was called and the man refused to approve the refund stating that he offered me another room!!!!! I then proceeded with a message to the man at the hotel and basically told him to make a choice: a) approve the refund, b) I notify a local health department and he can have the place shut down, I also told all of this to the Expedia rep. Only then my refund was approved!!! Honestly, this place needs to be shut down, it is not in any condition for anyone to stay there!!! Stay away! I booked another hotel that night 20 min away and was satisfied with that one. Horrifying experience!!!

After my reservation, for 3 rooms, I saw that there were many complaints about bed bugs. I tried to cancel, but the agent said to call Expedia. The first agent hung up on me. The second one asked me to give my credit card and $200.00 to cancel. I refused. I'll have my credit card deal with the hotel and Expedia.

There was limited lighting and a lot of the outlets did not work. The toilet paper had to just sit on a shelf and the shower curtain didn’t really stay closed. Properly is older and decent but a lot of no working things. And no extra towels is cleaning staff is not working.

The bathroom was dirty with stains on everything. The towels were tossed onto the shelves making us unsure if they were clean or not. The hotel said you could pay on arrival, but charged the card used to “reserve” the room before we got there. Would not stay at a Baymont again after this experience.

Good hotel for the price. Inexpensive yet was decently maintained

Comfortable, no frills. A little over priced for a Baymont by Wyndham for what you get. Air conditioner was leaking, leaving a sopping wet floor by the window but if you didn’t walk over there, it would not affect you, just worried about mold build up over time.

Although I booked a room and was unaware that it was on the second floor, I was graciously given a ground floor accommodation. I am unable to climb stairs and was given a wonderful room that was close to entrance so that I could enjoy breakfast. The food was delicious.

Room was clean. Nice bed and bath. Wouldhave been nice to have a large mirror.

Disappointed in this stay after seeing such high ratings. Room smelled like smoke. Carpet under AC unit was soaking wet. Bed sheets on one bed were seemingly not changed and covered in body hair and crumbs. Bathroom floor needed a broom. We checked in late and were super tired from being on the road all day, so we didn't have the energy to try to switch rooms. It was all we could do to get out of there as quick as we could!

it was a nice clean room and nice hotel. good breakfast.
