We didn't have TV service. We have to request for our garbage to be removed. Breakfast was terrible and cold. 2 choices, scramble eggs and bacon or biscuits and gravy, and the gravy was cold too. No sugar for the coffee. So disappointing. Mothel 8 has better service.

The shower drain barely worked and the tub would flood. Also there were no drapes on the window.

The worst hotel ever. The carpet was lifting up. The ceiling was failing apart. The comforters were dirty. The staff was rude. The towels was dirty. Breakfast was a joke. I highly do not recommend

They told us when we got there that there was not going to be a full breakfast and they had nothing in the vending machines because the truck had not shown up. They had bacon and toast and some cereal. No adjustments to proce were given either because we booked thru hotels.com.

Somewhat rundown. Landscaping needed up. Carpeting in Halls is old.

The property and lobby was clean and well kept.
The dresser draws and bathroom door wouldn’t close and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work.
Except for the cinnamon rolls, the breakfast was disappointing.

Overall, this day was fine. However, the hotel seemed tired and in great need of updating.

The facility was very outdated. The shower was not very clean. They had placed a mat over a very stained area of the tub. We did not take a shower because of this.

All was great - comfortable - quiet - good breakfast except juice machine was out of order.

The coffee was horrible. Lacked a lot of breakfast items. Might check in person would not switch my debit card to a credit card card said he didn’t know how the ladies could fix it in the morning, while the lady in the morning was being rude, and refused to fix it for me. The ceiling on the fourth floor was leaking horribly

Room was clean the hallways was clean. Beds was to hard need better mattress.

The pull out bed in the suite had a grossly dirty mattress pad. One of the queen beds had a couple pieces of hair in it and sand in the sheets. The room was so small we couldn't walk to the bathroom when the couch bed was pulled out. The building looks old and worn, and the only thing that was as good as I expected was breakfast.

We arrived on a Saturday at 4:30pm our room was not ready - Check in was 3pm we aired about 15-20 minutes for it to be Ready for us , Associate's at the front desk was not very friendly .
Next Morning as I am getting Ready in the bathroom . Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:45am and within 2-3 seconds started to open the door , had I hollered out to them They would have walked in on me not dressed .
Hotel is older in need of a updates
We paid tax and all $200 for one night

We were not able to check in even though we had an itinerary number. The person at the hotel said they had no record of the room being booked so we had to check in with a different credit card number.

This in a few month has gone down hill. The person at the front desk was terrible. No custome service skills at all. I requested 1st floor i got third. I am a stroke victim and my husband is a disable vet. They do not accomodate for customers at all.

We did have to wait until after 3pm to check in. Check in was at three and we set in the lobby for just a while after. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was A Room was great.

The room was good, beds were soooo comfy! Bathroom dates but did it’s purpose. Location was perfect with stores and restaurants very close by. Would stay here again. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

There was no hand soap in the entire hotel. The elevator was broken, room keys had to be reprogrammed 3 times, carpet was filthy, pool was drained and air conditioner goes off from 12am- 8am! Just an overall terrible hotel. Needs maintenance and updating

The room had a musty smell, the carpet was wet, the bathroom had old crinkled wallpaper. The front desk gave us a room across the hall, but didnt seem surprised or concerned about issues. The beds were hard. The bathtub faucet didnt work - water in shower was very hit or scalding- no in between. Dont plan on returning ever. The only thing good was breakfast- pretty decent food for a crappy hotel!

The light turned off in the bathroom twice while going to the bathroom. The hot water never got Hot just a acceptable warm. With some kind of stain/ gunk in the tub. The bedside lamp was connected to the main light so in order to be able to use the lamp we had to have the door/hall light on all night. The back entrance wouldn't let us use a card to enter so we had to walk around the building. The pool was closed and under maintenance but no maintenance being done.The romote to the tv didn't turn on the tv.I tried to cancel my 3rd night stay the night before i came and was told i would be charged for it anyway so wasn't able to cancel. The one good thing was they allowed us to check in an hour early and the lady at the front desk was very kind.

Pool was out of service. They should have this stated before room is booked! I specifically picked this hotel for the pool. We had to spend extra money to go to a public aquatic center for something to do.

I was surprised to see that my room had no bedspread and the bath had no shower curtain. When I went to breakfast I noticed the pool had no water.

Only credit i can give is the complimentary breakfast.
We stayed 2 nights during our family trip.
Kids were expected to use swimming pool but pool did not open. Staffs were not friendly and not helpful.

Overall the property can use upgrades furniture and the pool was under repair. However the staff was WONDERFUL! Buffet was WONDERFUL! So 5stars for GREAT FOOD AND GREAT STAFF!!!
