Bathroom had lots of mold in tub and shower head

We stayed overnight just as a rest stop as we traveled to Spokane from California It was pleasant

Listing shows a restaurant in the hotel, which would've been convenient. The restaurant is closed and only fast food is close by. I was disappointed that the restaurant has obviously been closed down for a long time. Please change the listing to show this.

It was relaxing minus an argument that happened a few doors down. After that was settled we had a relaxing time.

Excellent room with sink and counter space which made it awesome for preparing wraps and salad. Nice location to bike trail systems. Hot tub jets face up only...no massage ; (. I had 6 pillows in the room and didn't care for any of them. Bed was comfortable. Service was very good as well.

Room was spacious. Bed comfortable. No breakfast. Very clean. Safe, easy parking, restaurants in walking distance. Jacuzzi was not working. Nice big pool. Few exercise option’s available in work out room.

Room service was apparently based on the customer asking for it. Would be nice if the clerk mentioned it. Subsequent visit to the front desk revealed there was a printed notice stating you could ask for room service 24 hours in advance-not feasible for us.

We got there after a long drive just wanted to take a hot shower. No towels and no toilet paper had to go down and get both other than that had a good stay.

I was surprised the hotel was so nice. It's getting a facelift and the restaurant was closed. Otherwise it was a good one night stay.

If you are nostalgic for that 1980s look, this is the place for you. We didn't mind the decor being out of date (although it would be nice to have some plugs bedside), the problem is that there has been 40ish years of wear and tear without much done about it. We did not appreciate the stained lampshade and especially the U-shaped mattress that left your head, and especially your feet, higher than the rest of you. Not comfortable or good for the back. Most annoying was the fact that no breakfast was offered despite the website saying "free breakfast." Front Desk said this was a "temporary situation," but it's been months. My wife did some investigation and found that the owner owes millions to the IRS. So It looks like corners are being cut wherever possible. The Wi-Fi did not work either. Perhaps this is a "temporary situation" as well. For what we got, the hotel was way overpriced. Feel like we got shafted to help out a tax dodger.

After I was settled in, I discovered the refrigerator was not working. There was water in the drip tray under the freezer which indicated it might work, so I pulled the fridge out of the cabinet and found it unplugged. I plugged i in and it worked. The grout in the tub surround was long past due for a deep clean - gross! The shower curtain was questionable. The view from the window is of satelite dishes and dirt.

This place was very nice !! The only thing the bathroom sinks plug was broke so you couldnt use the water in tjat sink .

What can be said? It was a place to sleep. I am surprised that Shiloh is still in business. What I like is that they have a refrigerator and microwave in every room. But, it appears they are just holding on by offering a place to sleep. The carpet appears to have needed to be changed 10 years ago, there is no breakfast. There’s a bar attached to the Shilo, but it’s not open. There are no USB connections in the room, so bring your own. I think they do the minimum, clean, change the sheets, but the level is, I don’t know, maybe at two overall . Definitely over priced for the services they offer.

Have stayed here numerous times. Bed in this room was awful. Sunk down a bit and every time one of us rolled over it woke up the other. Disappointed they still don’t offer breakfast. Something to consider when comparing similar options available to book.

The sauna and steam room were great surprises! Would definitely stay again!

We had our two dogs with us and there amazing with the dogs.

Everything about my stay was good except that there was no breakfast and there was a sign saying "Breakfast will return soon." Rather disappointed as breakfast is one of the factors I and many others use when deciding whether or not to stay at a particular hotel. Shilo needs to update their website and their hotels.com listing to reflect that there is currently no breakfast.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. One thing that was a little disappointing was someone had hit the emergency shut off for the hot tub. The staff turned the heater back on but it did not warm up in time for us to be able to use it. The pool was nice though. Also they are not serving their Continental breakfast right now which was a little disappointing.

Great place to spend time in Klamath Falls.

The hotel itself was ok, but, our room didn’t get cleaned while we were there, there was no breakfast available at the hotel, when I went to ask for extra towels (because the room wasn’t refreshed) the girl behind the counter was a little put out that I was asking. The room was clean when we arrived, bed was comfortable, and, to be fair, there was a sign at the front counter that stated that room cleaning needed to be ordered 24 hours in advance (although that seemed strange to us). So, overall I would not stay at a Shilo in ever again.

Room was exactly as expected. Clean, spacious and the water pressure was great. Pool and easy parking were an added bonus.
