It was a good stay. A little surprised by the $100 charge up front - even though it was stated in the paperwork. I hope it is refunded as promised. Time will tell.

For this location to have been “newly renovated” it honestly looked like someone just slapped paint and said “NEW”. It was falling apart.

Overall stay was nice and as expected. The second night, the air conditioner must've malfunctioned as it was very loud when it cycled on. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep well and had a long drive the next day.

Our favorite hotel in the area. The suits are great if you have visitors with plenty of room to set up food and drinks. Very clean and great bed with lots of pillows.

We must not have gotten an updated room. The floors were uneven. The beds were crooked. The pull out had the worst mattress EVER. The rooms are set up weird as well. No privacy for changing. The shower and toilet were together in a small space with no where to put your towel or clothes. The pool was closed due to chemical issues. Nothing like having young kids and not being told the pool was inoperable. Looked like it had been a while. All the furniture was stacked in a corner.
It was quiet. The breakfast area was clean and looked renovated as well.

Lobby and front of the hotel was newly remodeled and pictures on website are deceiving because the actual room wasn't remodeled, moldy, plugged up shower and dingy. 1 star room

The stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was good and the room service was great. Clean and stocked room, and slept very comfortably. The breakfast was great quality, and the kids and i were happy with it.
Some small things that weren't deal breakers but could be improved;
The bathroom door wouldn't latch when closed, and wouldnt lock. The toilet seat wouldn't stay up. The shower would slow drain, but that wasnt too big of deal. During breakfast the food and selections were great, but the juice dispencer put out water instead of apple & orange juice multiple times.

The people were so welcoming. My booking was messed up and they fixed everything and put me in a suitable room that fit my family with no hesitation. They are completely on point. The breakfast was amazing there was an amazing selection.

Very convenient location, front desk staff was friendly and room was nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool which was well kept. Did not get to try the breakfast as we left before 6 am. Definitely recommend!

Room was nice and staff was great but found roach in our room as soon as we got there, and the pool light wasn't secured in wall safely. Breakfast was great.

The signs said newly renovated however our room was in sub par condition (bath tub stains, caulking peaked off and moldy, ceiling light fixture loose, sprinkler heads missing the covers, spider webs in the corners, vinyl baseboards peeled off the walls in areas). The room above us was constantly making loud noises (sounded like they were jumping off the bed every night of our 5 night stay), a party going on 3 doors down in the conference room with loud music playing all night. I can say confidently that I’d not be returning to this hotel ever again.

Bed linens and towels were clean but the floor was dirty. Shower needs attention as the tub fills up with water while you are showering. Room was VERY noisy. Sounded like the window was open. Would not stay here again.

Nice place to lay our head from long drive back home from Florida. Breakfast was good! The pull out couch was a little squeaky so it made it hard to sleep since my kids like to toss and turn.

Terrible experience! The hotel had very loud guests , there was loud music being played in the parking lot with bikers out all night. I had to get up for a flight at 4am and had no sleep! Front desk was very unsympathetic and unfortunately I had no choice because all other hotels were booked. I would never stay at a La Quinta again, left me with an awful feeling.
