All staff very friendly & helpful.
Room very nice, especially the bathroom/shower. The latter was very good, apart from a couple of niggles, which meant it wasn't excellent. They are, the dispensers were behind the shower & the towel hooks could have been closer.
The hotel is a superb location & within easy walking distance of everything.
The only other comment is as we were in a room across the road from the main hotel, it would be nice to have complementary umbrella's for when its raining.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Great position in Windsor overlooking the river. Friendly doorman. Our room was just across the street in Windsor House. The building is charming with lots of artwork on display. The room was well laid out with plenty of space for cases. The bathroom was very modern with useful shelves. All very clean. Breakfast was excellent and good quality. The hotel car park was nearby and had no trouble parking.

I would definitely stay here again. Hard to leave. I gave it a 4 star, I could easily give it 5. The only drawback was a long walk to the room. Nice breakfast, with a wonderful view of the Thames. Let's call it a 4.8*

It was a great experience staying here. The staff was great and the food was amazing at the restaurant. The only problem I experienced was the stairs. I hurt my knee and it was a little painful having to walk up them. Other than that it was wonderful. Beautiful view in the restaurant of the river.

An absolutely beautiful classic hotel. It was like stepping back in time into a property that truely appreciated your staying with them. There are a number of sitting rooms & the breakfast was of the highest quality. The room was modern & very comfortable. The staff was most accommodating, especially with helping with our luggage as there are alot of stairs to deal with. The hotel is conveniently located very near toWindsor Castle & the city.

The rooms were quite large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was security at all times and it was gated. We felt extremely safe with these precautions, and the area is already pretty safe as is. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was dated.
Our towels had holes in them, the shower head was so blocked up it only came out of a few holes. Neither of the bedside lamps worked. Overall not a great stay. Very disappointed

Had a really lovely stay. Room was lovely and clean. Only fault I have is our room was above the kitchen and was quite noisy at times. I would definitely stay here again

Lovely location and the riverside terrace was perfect for an evening glass of wine and watch the swans and ducks! Staff were great. The room was up and down a lot of stairs and no lift so if you have mobility issues it could be tricky. The room was small, a little dated and with no view and some voice from the rubbish bins below, but was perfectly adequate and the shower was good and the bed comfortable, Breakfast was great

Hotel very clean in every department. Only food had was breakfast which was very good. Only down side was we were in room across from main hotel and faced main walkway/before bridge. Very noisy for few hours from midnight with people gathering on benches.

Not the hotels fault but the noise from outside 11:30 - 4am was dreadful. Male youths screaming pressumably larking about on the bridge which left me unable to sleep. In an ideal world someone would have gone outside a spoken with them but they probably don’t want to run the risk of being stabbed these days. And it’s not their fault these people have no respect or common decency.
The room was a little tired but clean enough and included basic amenities.

So lucky to stay in room 308 - recently renovated, with air con, and on first floor with first rate river view. This room is across from the main Sir Christopher Wren building. It was very quiet even though pedestrians could walk by on sidewalk.
The staff who greeted us, answered our questions, and checked us out were super helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Ines for her help with our day trip to London and keeping our bags for a few hours. Another shout out to gentleman who checked us in - Rodolfo possibly.
The included breakfast buffet was a great benefit - quick, delicious, with gluten free toast and Nutella.

Great hotel central to Windsor Castle and Thames. Dining and staff superb. No elevators and long walks across multiple levels and stairs to access rooms. Street view noisy. Parking several blocks away, inconvenient to traverse with luggage back/forth to hotel. Otherwise a pleasant and impeccably clean hotel.
