Epic fail, property and rooms were disgusting, pictures to prove it.

I was there visiting for parents weekend and I thought the hotel was perfect

Everything was very nice

This property was in a great location to where we needed to be but the property is pretty run down. It was clean but the faucet in the bathroom sprayed all over you when you turned it on and the plug-in situation left a lot to be desired. The television and a lamp were on a switch which I didn't know so we did not have a television. I should have called the desk and I am sure they would have told me that but I didn't do that.

Bathroom was dirty. Sheet on one bed stained

The condition of the room was a little rough, but overall pretty clean. The breakfast area was very nice, as was the food.

Staff couldn't find reservations.rude argumentive.changed price from phone reservation.charged for parking also.

The property and rooms smelled horrible of mildew. The beds felt kind of damp.

Always friendly helpful staff. Beds are comfortable. Only place around that still has smoking rooms. We won't stay anywhere else when we visit.

A guest trying to get into my room at 2:30am. The guest try several times and spent 10 minutes with the key. Finally, the front desk agent come to the door. I had to tell them you got wrong room.

It was convenient to everything we needed. The staff was polite and the room was nice.

Was not asked about a smoking room choice- east coat hotels do not have any any more. Was late when we arrived after 1K miles and we just accepted the smell and went to bed. Won’t make this error again.

Manager was very rude in the way she spoke to me. Side door stayed unlocked all day & Night. Hall smelled like pot.

Limited breakfast options and no microwave

We arrived looking for a place to rest on a long road trip. The room was supposed to be two queens. It was not. It was two full beds. Half the lights would not turn on, and to top it off there were no towels. The cleaning could focus on the fine details. There were cup rings on the night stand from the previous guests. Overall, not a great experience.

I had prepaid for a two week stay.. then when I checked in I got charged for the original prepaid amount and an additional week worth of stay. Then the place was filthy.. see pics.. they said they would reverse the over charging and clean the room… a week later neither had been done.. I checked out a week early and had to find another place to stay.

It was good enough

Fresh clean new carpet great view and close to all the restaurants.

It was the worst, the tub wasn’t clean, it smelled and the lamps didn’t even work. We did let the front desk know but they didn’t care. I wouldn’t stay there again.

We booked this hotel for two days, but didn't stay second night. We booked another hotel. We tried to cancel 2nd day, but they didn't. Personally, I don't recommend this hotel.

We didn't even stay. After waiting forever for someone to come to the front desk to check us in (she qas very nice, but clearly under staffed) we walked into the room saw the stains on the chair, the disgusting shower and left.

Hard to provide an accurate review. The property was nice, the breakfast decent, room well apportioned and clean, and the area around the hotel seemed reasonable. But was that pot smoke I smelled in the hallway? And the people sitting on the curbs drinking whiskey was kind of disconcerting. I didn't want my wife out there alone after dark. We slept well, but not sure I'll choose this place again.

Unfortuantely, I had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I would not recommend booking a room here. I checked in and our room was exceptionally musty smelling, so I tried to go to a different room. It was extremely musty as well. With my asthma, I didnt feel it was healthy to stay there. I then went back to the hotel desk to ask for a different room, and no one was there. We waited for over 15 minutes, and there were over 10 people in line by the time they returned. After waiting 15 minutes, we no longer wanted to stay there. We asked for a refund, so we could go to a different hotel. They said that I would have to call the next day for a refund because there general manager wasnt there. I turned in my keys and went to a different hotel. The next day, I contacted the hotel, and they refused to give me a refund, because I didn't ask for one 24 hours before. The lady at the front desk made it seem we would receive a refund, so I was disappointed to learn they refused to give us our money back. I would not recommend this hotel.

The day manager at the hotel was rude when my staff member asked about the possibility of an early check-in. They allowed the staff member to check in early for a fee, which the person was willing to pay. The manager threw the key at them. When they returned to their room at the end of their work assignment they left without staying as the room was filthy and not fit to stay in. The front desk person at the hotel was amazing and helped our staff member send an email asking for a refund of our rental fee as they chose not to stay in the dirty room.
