It was very nice my room had a unpleasant smell so I told the young lady at the desk and I was immediately move to the executive suite nice customer service

Customer service at the desk was great. I stayed on the third floor. The hall smelled like urine really bad. The elevator seemed like it was about to die. I loved the small gym.

is BY FAR UNACCEPTABLE!
For instance, the staff was very DISMISSIVE and NONCHALANTLY-UNPROFESSIONAL!

of DISGUSTING Marijuana!

for that particular location. Our lungs burned the entire time there.
We spent hours sitting in our car trying to keep from having to sit in the

It is a very passable property. It's not the best and it is not the worst. The room is clean, and the air conditioner works perfectly (a big bonus in Texas). I will say the water gets very hot and there is excellent water pressure so that is amazing. I would stay again if it was for work as it is now, however if it was a family trip or vacation I would likely not stay here.

The alarm went off in the middle of the night and the whole building was evacuated, interrupting my sleep. Then it was difficult to get back to sleep. The AC was broken and the phone didn’t work to call the front desk. So I had to walk down to the desk to complain about the AC. Maintenance got the AC working again but told me he needed to replace the plug since it was “burnt”, pretty much leaving me in a room with a fire hazard.

The floors were a sticky. The pool was unavailable for use which was a bit of a let down because it was one of the reasons for booking. The breakfast was below par based on other hotels I have stayed in on the same level as LaQuinta. I expected a better experience based on the 8.4 average rating but I don’t think I would book here again. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It is a bit far from the center of Houston, but very spacious and clean rooms, restrooms and baths are very comfortable! The bedding and towels are also of high quality.
We had no trouble finding many options for dining and shopping in the neighborhood.

When I arrived we were giving a room that was occupied with someone else and we walk in on a couple taking care of business, the lady started screaming. We were assigned a different room and in this room there were holes and cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom, there were stains and black spots on the sheets in one of the beds. Our keys kept getting deactivated and we had them no where nears a cell phone . Room service was every 3 days We were disappointed.
