When it comes to location you can't beat this hotel. You step out the door and you are close to the shopping, dinning, and rail system. Bordeaux is easy to get around and there are lots of things to do. We stayed two nights but wished we stayed longer. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful and courteous. We recommend parking at the TOURNY parking garage. Go directly there and bring your suitcases in. Hotel is not too far away.

Nice hotel. Supremely helpful staff

We stayed in the small adjacent building. Very small, very few rooms. An authentic boutique hotel. The room was very comfortable, neat, clean, it was refurbished recently. We know rooms in France are quite small so we did not take any risks and booked a superior suite room. It well worth the difference in price.

Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, with all the sights, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

We had a lovely stay at this property until the morning of our departure. We had been told that breakfast was included with our reservation so we had no idea how much it cost individually. We needed to check out early and were planning to grab coffee and croissants when the check out staff person snapped at us and said your breakfast is not included and I’m putting yesterday on your bill. To our shock and awe it was €20 per person. We would never have requested that had we not been told it was included. There was a beautiful patisserie just around the corner. The staff person was the most rude person we encountered during our entire holiday. Really disappointing for such a nice place.

Helpful staff

This hotel is amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly, great communication before and during our trip… they couldn’t do enough to make our stay anymore comfortable. The hotel building itself is clean and the rooms were of reasonable size. We also needed interconnected rooms and they were provided easily, based on a quick email to hotel reception. The great thing about these rooms is they had a private door before the rooms themselves so you could keep your bedroom doors open safely. Rooms 307 & 308. The location is superb. Easy to get to on public transport from the airport (50 mins and two trams, super simple). The stop is Grand Theatre and is right outside. Once checked in, we were able to wander around easily and see lots of the city. The transportation system is fantastic and meant we could experience more of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for any stay! Thank you to all the staff for a great trip to Bordeaux.

Very good hotel with excellent location.

The hotel was in a great location. We were in the smaller of the two buildings but that was not a disadvantage. The room was average size but very coimfortable and clean. The bathroom was absolutely wonderful! The staff were friendly. Breakfast was reasonable.

We had a very difficult experience trying to find the hotel using GPS. The hotel should provide a more detailed description of how to enter the pedestrian area and where to park your car. The staff were helpful enough once we arrived.

Comfortable room and a lovely location in the centre of Bordeaux. Service varied from excellent (reception and breakfast) to not great.

There was a welcome bottle of wine and a note in our room. So nice!

Absolutely charming facility located in wonderful historic district. Super friendly reception. Terrible champagne in mini bar but that is completely subjective. If you like architecture, people watching & wonderful outdoor dining you can’t go wrong here.

Loved the bathroom! Great location.

The hotel was centrally located but exceptionally difficult to get to in a car because of restricted access and road works . room was very small. The air conditioning was not turned on so we had to have the windows open which made for a very noisy evening when I asked the girl at reception about the air con not working she said it was for environmental reasons!!!

Great location. Friendly staff. Room was small and mattress not so comfortable. Air conditioning was locked at 22 degrees and room was really warm. When we asked for thiner sheets, we were asked to use what is on the bed.

Excellent and safe central location

This property was difficult to get to by car but once we were there it was in an excellent part of the city! And we slept quite comfortably even though the room was small!

It is misleading to show the hotel front of other hotel in different location, that did affect the decision to make reservation or not. If I knew it, I might book other hotal.
