Good place for a quick stay. Right off expressway. Could be a little noisy depending on room location. Clean and good hotel. Staff friendly.

The service here was excellent, very clean and excellent beds very comfortable, the breakfast was terrific, this will be the place for me, next time im in romeoville!!!

We arrived a little late but everything was ready for us to check in. Check in went very smoothly. The room was nice and clean, beds were well made. The bathroom fixtures were updated and clean. Very good value

The pool was out of service because of sanitary disinfecting. They asked many times if we were staying at 1130 when i was told 12:00 checkout. Breakfast was freezing cold we put it in the microwave in the room. Smelled of smoke in the hallway n in our room in the am. The side of the bathrub wasnt caulked i shoved a hand towel in the opening. A picture in the bathroom was missing. There was damage to the wall

Pool was closed, carpets in room and hallway stained, outside paint leaking from the building, had bugs jumping on us; assuming fleas. Breakfast sucked really no variety, cold, tasted awful.

The general manager ran me over with her powered wheelchair and I ended up getting an ambulance and ended up in the emergency room..
.I fell on my right side and hit my head on the concrete floor when she hit me I also tried to catch myself with my right arm and dislocated my shoulder. All I was wanting to do was extend my stay. I don't think that I will ever stay at a "comfort suites ever again!". Also, my lawyer wants me to sue the hotel.

Water tanks went out. No hot water for over 24 hours. The “manager” was never around to answer any questions. Will never stay again

Still waiting for my refund of one night. Left hotel halfway through our stay due to numerous factors but highlighted bu the lack of hot water. We were told Saturday AM by the afternoon hot water would be restored but that was not accurate and then told not until Konday so we left

The water pipes busted and I feel they should have accommodated the guest!!!No hot water so I feel guest should have been accommodated

They had a natural gas leak and as a result there was no hot water Saturday afternoon and through departure time on Sunday. While it may not have been the total responsibility of the manager, it was a great inconvenience to those of us who stayed there.

Horrible—other than front desk staff who were prompt and friendly.
The hotel is extremely noisy and my room had ants. “Guests” next door were shouting and swearing until 2 am and repeatedly tried the door between our rooms.
The shower is set up so that it sprays all over the bathroom and they must know this because they’ve added a drain instead of addressing the problem.

Pool was closed for most of my stay number one reason while I stayed there was for pool then when open the condition of water was horrible and the whole pool area had mold on walls
I would never stay at this location again and don’t recommend anyone too til they fix all that mold

Drug deals out the back door, room smelled like old cigarettes and gave me asthma. Doors have a huge gap in them and don't close properly. I brought my service dog and they stuck me in a double queen room at the end of the hall instead of the king room I booked, presumably because that's their 'dirty' room in case the dog is a fake? The room smelled awful compared to other guests.

One entire day out of a three night stay the hotel had no hot water.

The room was run down. Most staff was nice, but the person working checkin on my first night was unfriendly and not helpful. My had water damage and carpet was gross. Bathroom and bedding were clean.

The staff were amazing. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with great choices. We definitely will stay here again the next time we are visiting Romeoville

Room had a funky smell coming out of the AC unit. Breakfast is advertised as 6am and when we checked the front desk wrote 6-9am on our room card holder. Breakfast was at 7 on the weekends and we specifically chose this hotel because of the early breakfast time. Room was otherwise clean, service came in and replenished toiletries but didn’t make the beds which was odd.

Room was fine but the other guests were loud and and when we were in our room people were arguing outside for hours when our kids were trying to sleep, breakfast had a variety hit all hot food was cold.
