Really liked the hotel & cleaned but the one in south Sioux Falls in Iowa. We had a problem getting hot water to the sink & shower it was warm. Pressure was good needs service to check temperature.

The area was safe and very pet friendly. The staff was helpful and the breakfast had many choices. The minor issues we had were:
1 lumpy bed and 1 hard bed and
The shower had no water pressure, it only reached to the middle of the tub.

The staff was awesome, very friendly. Hotel and room were clean. We needed a quick booking for two rooms to stay in town for one night, that wasnt $300 per room. The hotel is older and not fancy at all. Shower was awful but the beds were clean and comfy! I have stayed in more expensive hotels with terrible night sleep due to hard beds, this was a comfy nights sleep!

The room we checked into was occupied, which made it more than inconvenient,returning to checkin desk. Then after being given a new room, we had someone trying to get into our room, apparently they were checked in to an occupied room, that would be us.

Nice place to stop during a road trip. Comfortable beds. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was average continental hotel breakfast.

Towels were nice, bed was pretty comfy.But the floor was a problem! It was slick, I couldnt keep my shoes on and stand up. My white socks ended up very dirty. So if it was the cleaner making it slippery...it was done with dirty mop or water. Dissappointing. Floo needs to be clean and safe for this senior.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very nice, and the decor looked very good. One if the better places we have stayed in a while. The staff was very kind and professional

The First Lady who checked us in was good. The lady that relieved her to go home wasn’t personable or welcoming. Didn’t have shampoo/conditioner in the room. Just soap. I was too nervous to bug the lady for some so I went and bought some from Walmart when we had to make a stop. The lady who checked me out was very nice and approachable, had me wishing it was her there last night. The counter tops for the sink was run down and the floor to the bathroom and tub was run down as well.

This place was very comfortable and super quiet…even next to the elevator. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was perfect for one night stop. Even the train thatvwas close didnt bother my rest. Great pillows, not those soft things that make you stack all four together and still not have enough support. Pool is getting updated but did not feel the need to use. Dogs even enjoyed the stay. The app stated their was one free drink per person....that was disappointing as it was water or coffee they had while i felt they coyld work with the business close to the hotel to get coupons for guests (Scooters right across the street). Did not feel the free continental breakfast was that fantastic, looked luke any other hotels.

Overall was a very nice stay. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Facility is a no-frills older hotel with some signs of recent renovations. If you're looking for a decent budget friendly hotel, this is a good option.
