Awful smells bad, dirty, breakfast wasn’t kept up, no coffee creamer. Kids running up and down the halls at 1am. We tried to move rooms they said nothing else was open. We tired to get a refund but the person from hotels.com said he couldn’t find out reservation even with our booking # trust me we would have left if it wasn’t already paid for.

Bed was fine. The hotel NEEDS UPDATING. Very old and outdated. Hall carpets NEEDS cleaning.

The bed was VERY comfortable and the room was clean. Other than some new (flat) paint needed in the halls a very nice hotel. I was super impressed with the new online check-in the day before I arrived. I was NOT super impressed on having to answer the same questions when I showed up to check-in. But the staff was friendly and apologized for the inconvenience.
I WOULD DEFINITELY stay there again

It’s super outdated. Tragically so— it felt like a whole different world from other hotels in the area. The exterior looks much nicer than what you walk into. The room was large, the ac ran cold, bed was comfortable. We were there because of the hurricane and our power being off — so for that it was a blessing. I wouldn’t have my family stay there if they visited.

Room was clean and had very nice comfortable beds. The hotel interior hallways need some refresh, but overall it was a very secure location to shelter from the hurricane coming.

No issue with hotel, except with the $100 deposit. I had no dogs, no one else in the room. A little to much

I wasn’t very impressed with people at the front desk at all. The night time lady was kind of rude because at 8:55 she wanted to lock the pool up and stood there like we were children while we gathered our stuff. They also tried to charge a deposit?! I have always used my card for incidentals and never been asked to pay 100 dollar deposit. Ultimately it was waived but was a little frustrated when asked.

Staff was extremely friendly, handled all requests. Only problem was roach in fridge and tub. Breakfast was great. Staff was super.

I never do this…. But this hotel was awful. The outside is updated and beautiful, but inside is outdated and dirty. Spoke to person on staff, gave him a baby wipe covered in dirt just from the hair dryer and explained to him about the filth in the bathroom. Nothing was done. Would have relocated if I was planning on spending more time in the room.

Great place to stay in the area. Didn’t have any issues during my weekend stay. I would stay again. Great location and simple hotel to stay a few days.

It was a nice day. The pool was great. I wish breakfast had more options but the staff there was nice especially the one guy right before I was leaving. Was very cool and considerate

For the price it wasn’t very nice. The hallways smelled of cigarettes, hall carpet was nasty, in room floor mirror was dirty and fogged up. Glad I was only there for a night.

The room was not clean. The bathroom smell terrible/urine and had urine on the bathroom floor. The flat sheet had 💩 stain.... The only good experience was the older gentleman at the front desk... I'm glad itvwas only for one night.... NEVER AGAIN

Interior is pretty dated. A lot of touch ups need to be done, overhaul/check a/c units, hall carpeting needs updating, and new pillows - lumpy and uncomfortable. Staff were very pleasant and accomodating. Room was average and decent enough for cost.

The outside is really misleading. The inside is really old, smells very bad and the carpet in the main areas were nasty. The staff was cordial, but the hotel itself was very outdated.

I didn’t like the animals friendly use of rooms. I had two dogs right across from my room that barked all night and day. The guests was no where to be found. The manager moved us instead of them. I suggested they have a area just for guests with animals.

Need lots of update and the breakfast was not good and the floor in the breakfast area was so dirty.
The room itself was very clean and we slept well, no issue with room just the surrounding of the hotel and the breakfast area.
