Bathroom towels and floor had hair on them. The air conditioner did not work properly and the room and hall ways were hot.

Hotel looked to be a old decrepit hotel wih a new coat of paint on it. Main restroom was out of service, main elevator was out of service. Carpet in room was old ratty and worn. There was a $175.00 incidental charge that i have not received back 3 days later. I did not find out about this until physical check. This place is a highly over priced dumpster!

The stay was amazing! Very comfortable.

In town for a show at Ameris and this was as good a $100 room as you can get. Hotel is small and very new and clean. Check in was quick, the room was comfortable and staff was friendly. It is super close to tons of restaurants and shopping areas so it was nice to have so many options w/o having to get back on the highway. Pretty close to the music venue as well. Breakfast was average but the waffles were great. I would stay here again for sure.

Our room and bed were wonderful. One of the elevators was broke. Both bathrooms in lobby were broke. Room keys don’t work. You have to keep doing it to open room. Service at front desk wasn’t great. Very slow. The girl at the desk after 11:00 PM was great.

Staff was great and friendly! Super helpful! Room had sink draining issues.

I was surprised by a $25 early check in charge- many rooms were available.i feel like the policy is unfair, it was not known before booking. These fees are disgusting and should be waived for loyalty members. The fee is a very large percentage of the room rate!

The hotel had been updated and was overall ok. The floors in the room were clean and bed was ok. Biggest complaint is that the glass shower door leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was also disappointing

the room smelled musty and it hits you in the face as soon as you walk in. the window was half open allowing every insect on the planet a place to stay.

There were honestly so many things wrong with our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was the biggest thing for me, the room we were given was not cleaned well. There was a used bandaid on the floor, a bunch of dust everywhere, hair and crumbs in the beds, the refrigerator was sticky and smelled gross, weird white residue on the side of the bed. i couldn’t tell if it was mold, but could’ve been because of how humid our room was. The hotel itself must have issues with its air conditioning because i am not exaggerating when i say the thermostat on our floor read it was 85 degrees. It was muggy and uncomfortable. On top of that, the refrigerator and microwave did not work at all, the tv kept turning off and freezing after every few minutes of being turned on, and the ice machine on our floor was also broken. I was disappointed that their complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, but even more shocked to find it contained MOLD!! We went to grab sausages and there was mold growing on them…. how many people had consumed that previously without noticing, I don’t know. Not to mention that after we had already checked out we received a $400 smoking fine even though we were not smoking in the room!? I could go on, but the ONLY reason we did not go elsewhere is because we booked a single night and the hotel was close to the venue of an event we were attending. Had the stay been longer we would have cancelled ASAP! Now we are stuck paying $400 for a bad one night stay. Stay away!

Very nice place to stay!

Good property overall. The initial room I checked into was dirty and I found a toe nail and the bath tub was filthy. I informed the receptionist and he was kind enough to give me another room which was nice and clean. The quality of breakfast is below average and needs to be improved.

No pillows available upon request. We found some cockroaches. I was able to change rooms and the next room was much better and cleaner.

We have been staying at La Quinta Hotels and I think after this cross country road trip we did and stayed at a number of La Quinta Hotels, we will never stay at any of these hotels anymore. This particular hotel if not the worst, one of. La Quinta should demolish all their old hotels and construct new ones. They are dirty, with awful smell, and cockroaches in some of their hotels. They are trying to cover the smell by putting or spraying scents or bleach. It just make it worse. Carpets are filthy on the hallways. Absolutely gross!

Close to event

There were cockroaches in our room absolutely unacceptable. The sheets were also dirty and stained and several hairs in the pillows. We had to change rooms 3 times and didn't even get anything out of it. We are Wyndham owners and that didn't get us anywhere. 👎 They should reach back and offer us some points or free nights or something because it was just awful.

I did like having things to eat and do in walking distance but I hated the fact that I found a roach crawling in light on the night stand the very first day upon entry

I Saw a bunch of other reviews saying that there was bugs, rude service and unclean rooms. Ours was 404 and it was just fine last night. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary. You get what you pay for It's not a five-star hotel but it was definitely decent for a good night sleep after attending a nearby concert. We didn't stay for breakfast but it didn't look like they had much to offer anyway. If I had to complain about anything at all that the sheets and bedding were a little bit overwashed and worn but the mattress was comfortable and so were the pillows and blankets and we were able to adjust the thermostat. Hot water for the shower plenty of towels. It was not terrible. I have been in way worse places. Convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants. I would stay again.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Great price! Breakfast was joke. We got coffee and went somewhere to eat. Hotel is old but renovated. Great location though.

Great location, with a pleasant staff

Had a roach crawling across the desk no more than 10 minutes after checking in. The carpet felt dirty to walk across and our room smelled like a wet dog and mildew.

The price for the room, breakfast and amenities was excellent! The staff was all super friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately our room had a damp smell for our entire stay from Wednesday night until Sunday. We never got used to the smell.

Convenience store was basically empty. Trashcans in front were running over full. Flowers in big pots needed watering daily.
