I only chose this hotel for the location as I used to live in Alpharetta. That is where the positive starts and ends. I didn't like that they didn't offer tap pay which limited other ways to pay in case you want to use different funds for other things and there's no disclosure prior to arrival. Even gas pumps have tap pay. There are also multiple buildings and everything is done on the main building (building 1) including checking in and getting towels and such. The rooms were not your typical 3-star experience. My initial room was very smelly like a wet carpet mixed with a dirty air filter type smell. Room next door also had very strong Marijuana odor. I immediately called for another room, but it was the same issue with the second one. Additionally, there were stains, ripped carpet, broken surfaces, and poor lighting especially in the shower. I couldnt wait to check out. When I arrived to my room from an outing, two guys were smoking in front of my room. While on my way back to the room, my other guest told me it was a bad smell coming through the door as if it was open. I kindly asked them if they would move away from my door. I don't knock other people extra-curricular activities but people pay for nonsmoking for a reason. I was only there for house showings so I can't wait to find something. I also only ended up staying for one night but was charged for two. When I inquired about this, I was given two different assumptions. I also asked for the corporate's number but was only given the regular customer service number🤦🏽‍♀️. I will definitely not be returning.

It had a balcony and kitchen and pool and the girl I checked in with on the 29 at 220 she was very pleasant that’s the only staff that’s great there

I didn’t like that I wanted new towels and I had to go and get it somewhere but I have been in hotels even the ragged ones and they come and ask me if I need towels or something but no one did so I had to stay with the same towels for three days need more work on hospitality

Room was in need of kitchen sink faucet repair (functional but not secured to the counter), toilet would flush but only if you took thr tank lid off, petrified dog poop found in the kitchen, room smelled like dog urine.

There was a strong smell of Marijuana all over the property. The room also stank like weed. There were people just hanging out on balconies smoking Marijuana. There was a person that was clearly living in a wrecked car in the parking lot, and there were cars parked there that obviously had not been moved in months. I'm showing photos of the cars as well as the filth on the sidewalk next to the door. It feels very unsafe, and there are several signs around the property to inform you that they are not responsible for valuables left in cars. Since they charge $6 for parking, you'd think that would cover a guard, or at least a camera and would prevent people from storing cars or living in them there. They also informed me upon arrival that they required a $100.00 deposit "in case I damaged the room." I'm a 70 year old Realtor driving a Mercedes. I'm not likely to damage a room that looks like a dump and is surrounded by people doing drugs. It was late, so I stayed. But I surely don't recommend that anyone book a room there. It's too bad. The general area around the hotel is upscale and safe.

My stay here has been amazing, clean, spacious rooms. Separate living area is wonderful. Breakfast is consistently tasty with a variety of items. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall I would recommend this hotel to my friends and coworkers

Pay to park $6 per night. Paking lot is usually full when I come in, so difficult to find a space. My room faced the pool, tennis court and grilling area so it was noisy at night so next time I would request a room away from that area.

We appreciated the breakfast and the suite set up.

There could have been more cleaning around the appliances, and we would have loved both a non pork meat option and pork during breakfast.
