Easy check in and no problems encountered

The location was great, easy to get to with lots of ammedies close by. Wanted to use computer in lobby, only one of the two worked & staff were unsure of password (they gave me four to try-last one worked). One person was less than helpful & after several attempts another came to the rescue. Breakfast buffet was a bit expensive what was served. All the food was cold. Wished I had ordered from the menu. Room was clean & comfortable but needs an upgrade.

Our stay was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, and the room newly renovated. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Great service even when I had to checked in late.

Air conditioning was broken, room was sweltering hot. Told staff and they couldn’t have cared less. Needs renovation. Old dirty carpet, 70s orange and brown tile, tub worn through; all needs to be replaced. However, price was ok and location convenient which keeps us coming back.

A great hotel right beside Regent Mall that’s great for families. My kids really enjoyed the pool as it only goes up to 5 feet deep and it wasn’t overly busy or crowded. The room was clean and had been recently renovated. I would recommend it to anyone for a budget friendly stay in a classic.

This hotel is in a convenient location for shoppers with a mall that has a small movie theatre in it next door to hotel (eg 2 min. Walk ) across hotel parking lot to mall. Walmart is connected to mall allowing lots of convenience for items like groceries. My hotel room was very nice, large, newly renovated, clean laminate flooring, large walk in shower, small bar fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine. This allowed lots of convenience for me as I was able to eat some meals in the hotel room and save costs. Also food court in that mall right next-door, which was convenient. The portion of the hotel I stayed in was the main part which has floors accessed traditional way for hotels (inside elevator/stairs) I noticed there were also hotel rooms located off parking lot that people drive up to. These may be the animal friendly hotel rooms, but I’m not sure. My room was very clean & bed was extremely comfortable. It is an older hotel so it is not extremely fancy, but clean & charming with down home feel (eg., they have a wall of fame of pictures of old musicians and famous people from New Brunswick, which I thought was really cute ! ) . I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I did not use the pool or dine in restaurant so I cannot comment on that. Also, about a 10 minute walk away is another square for shopping with a Winners, and some restaurant options. I Would highly recommend this hotel as a great spot, economical & convenient! The hotel is dated but has a ton of history with it. Great convention Center and lots of entertainment space. The rooms are a good size and have all the amenities but could use an upgrade. Overall the place is with the price.
