The room was fine and the view of the golf course was quite lovely. I have to say, however, that the breakfast was perhaps the worst I have ever encountered in a hotel.

We loved our stay there, everyone was very helpful. You can eat breakfast downstairs, but that is the only meal they serve there. You have to go to the restaurant just down the walkway for other meals. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to scout out the laser tag or the bowling facilities on site. The only downside was on the 4th floor the shower water pressure was minimal. I have short hair and it took me 5 minutes to rinse the shampoo. Not sure what the other floors were like. The pressure in the tap of the sink was fine. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Everything was great except the white shower had pink scum in the grout and looks like it hasn’t been scrubbed in a long time. Some of the white towels were stained and we didn’t use them.

Super comfortable beds. A wide variety of different sized pillows to best support your own sleep type. Lots of parking if pulling a trailer and close enough to restaurants and things to do to keep you happy.

having only 1 packet of conditioning shampoo for more than 1 person in a room for 2 nights wasn’t enough, those packets are not easy to open, used my teeth in the shower only to get some on my mouth, i would recommend going back to small bottles or refillable dispensers

Enjoyable stay, clean but spartan room, USB plug-ins did not work (I used my laptop instead), breakfast was OK (bacon way too crisp, eggs overdone), very pleasant staff, convenient location for KW golf.

Stay was amazing. Friendly staff and the rooms are modern and really great. We stayed there with our two dogs and we would stay there again. Lots of places to walk them around the hotel.

The property was beautiful. Very reasonable prices. Excellent room.
The bathroom is unusual. The sliding door doesn't give privacy. The shower partition doesn't prevent the water from flooding the floor though.
We will be booking here again in the future.

When we arrived and checked in everything was great. We got to our room 412. When I went in the washroom I noticed there was clumps of hair in the bathtub. The floor in front of the bed also had hair clumps. Called and the offered us another room but we had already unpacked. They sent someone in to clean but unfortunately he was not happy and just banging things when cleaning. When he left we noticed there was still hair in the bathtub which I cleaned. Needless to say we won’t be staying in this hotel again.

It was missing the shower toiletries but it was easy to get it from the front desk.
Hotel should be using pumps like other hotels for shower toiletries and not small plastic packages for shampoo and conditioners.

The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. When we checked into our room the staff did not give us any towels a d the ones left in the room were torn and thin.

No service, no help with luggage, no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, towels old and frayed. Toilet paper limited, tissues ran out, breakfast ran out, hotel staff indifferent, pass the buck (room was nice) service missing

We waited for 40 minutes to be checked in and nobody ever showed up, there was a lineup of 3 other people waiting, we left and checked into another hotel
