Bathroom had some hairs in it.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly, room was spacious for 6 of us- 2 rooms with 3 beds, one queen and 2 double so everyone had a bed! I believe the couch was a sofa sleeper too. Coffee maker, 2 tvs, large mirror. Only negative is the hotel does not have an elevator. We were on 3rd floor but it was only 2 flights of stairs. Good location. Would stay again for sure.

Pretty grimy for a Wyndham; not good location. Building in disrepair. Floors uneven. Heater AC unit not sealed to the outside.

This hotel has people who stay by the week. I felt like I was in a drug rehab house.
Staff was friendly, "Breakfast" was sad. Pastry was stale and offerings were slim. Thankfully, there were bananas.
Hotel shuttle driver, James was amazing!! He is a very hard worker, courteous, just a delight to be around.

good size, comfortable bed. room had coffee maker. iron, ironing board and tv. clean bathroom and facilities.
the reviews are harsh - the hallway might be musty, that's because all of the rooms' AC exhausts empty into that space. Rooms are well cooled.
I enjoyed my 4 night stay. Breakfast on a par with most continental breakfasts in a Hampton inn/Courtyard by Marriott.

Uneven flooring in the restroom and I see one bug in the morning time in the bathroom as well other than that the stay was successful. We weren't in the room for majority of the trip but needed of course for sleep and relaxing in between events.

The property is located about 15 minutes by bus from the center. There isn't much around but there are definitely several dining options and a CVS around the corner. The welcome was excellent and we were allowed to leave our suitcases in their custody even after check out. The structure is a little dated but overall good value for money. The room was large and quiet. The breakfast is not very well supplied but it is enough. Overall, a positive evaluation.

Interesting place. Cleanish. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to stadiums and casinos. A good place to sleep after a ball game then to get out of town the next day.

The staff was very friendly and they had a free shuttle service to Comerica Park. No elevator and the hallways are hotter than hell because this used to be a motel that was enclosed- all the room air conditioners exhaust into the hallway. Rooms are outdated and pillows and sheets have that “used to be a smoking room” smell. Price was the best in town. Neighborhood is not safe, tons of low life beggars and thieves in the area.

Old and dirty rooms. Front desk staff said the shuttle would be here in 5-10 minutes. We waited 45 minutes before making other arrangements to get downtown.

The property is dated. The carpet needs to be replaced in hallways, smells in certain areas. The complimentary breakfast hours should be extended6am-9:30, to at least 10 am. Front desk staff very nice.

I did not like the layout of this hotel, air conditioners are in the hallways blowing out all the hot air into hallway which is very small and no ventilation. Tenants at this hotel are iffy, area is not very convenient. Most importantly the price is not worth the stay very disappointed.

There was no one at the reception desk upon arrival. Was disappointed to find that there were no outside windows in the room. A mini fridge and microwave would have been nice. The accommodations were adequate, but no more, The hotel was disappointing, and I wouldn’t go back there.

This was not the best property but it was by everything. Staff was amazing though. The air barely worked so think goodness for a portable air conditioner.

The staff was very helpful! They offer a shuttle that got us to our concert and back. Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Definitely had a weird smell though. Wish they had a mini fridge to keep things cool but that’s my only complaint. Would definitely stay again!

There were multiple rooms available yet we were put in a room at the end of the hallway. Then they put have a party group next to us who then woke us up in the middle of the night. The shuttle system SUCKS because it’s only operates in the afternoon/evening, the driver has a bad attitude & they don’t pick you up unless they dropped you off. Half the time the receptionist was somewhere else and the keys consistently deactivated.

The hotel was very old and dirty the sheets was stained the bathroom tub was dirty there was only one small garbage can in the bathroom the room had a moldy smell there was only a very little bar of soap and the tv didn’t work

Both the front desk crew AND management were super accommodating no matter the hour - truly great at making you feel welcomed! The breakfast bar had nice variety as well. Impossible to pick just one staff to highlight because they ALL treated us very special and kindly - thank you!
