The only complaint that I had was I came down at 8:30 and all the food was gone they had a hot breakfast but some Ziggy pigs came down there and ate everything they could ate up all the eggs ate up all the sausage drink of all the milk took all the juice boxes so there was no orange juice no nothing the waffles were almost completely out no fruit because they all came down and ate everything they could.

I didn't like that I booked the room to find out half hour later I was in so much pain had to go to Dr Anna you all wouldn't refund my money so I didn't get to stay

Carpet sticky feeling. Room smells like dirty feet. Brought Farnese and this helped some.

Terrible! Pool was closed, breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30. No food on it after 8:40. Front desk clerk when we checked in was a complete jerk. Water spigot in our room was about to fall off and the whole hotel had a bad smell. Disgusting, will never go back.

Do not recommend this hotel. The facility is outdated, pool was closed. Air conditioner in our room didn’t work. When we got moved to another room, it smelled like cigarette smoke & the toilet seat was stained and disgusting. Ron at the desk was rude. Spend $60 more and stay somewhere nicer.

There was a strong, unpleasant odor within the room. When brought to the attention of the desk clerk, he stated that he did not know what the smell was. Our expectations for the accommodation were realistic, considering the rate; however, the odor significantly detracted from our stay.

Don’t get me wrong, we were very happy with our stay, it was cheap as far as hotels in the area go so expectations were not high. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast was average comfort inn style breakfast. The area is nice and our room was very quiet. The negative, the furniture is extremely outdated and the hotel is in need of maintenance. Easy maintenance like replacing a switch plate, tightening a toilet, taking a screw driver to what’s loose. I had a lost bag issue with the airline and was having it delivered to this hotel before I arrived. At midnight I tried calling the front desk for over an hour and there was no answer.

Price Pretty dated and rundown

The Comfort Inn at Franklin TN, lost our reservation and we had to rebook at the front desk at full room rate.The guy at the reception said the credit card got declined so they had to reject the prior confirmation (?), and then took the same exact card for new reservation. The room was not that clean and tidy either. We were able to contact Hotels.com and get the first payment reimbursed thankfully.

It was not bad but had an old smell as soon as you walk in the hotel and room. Could use update on room bathroom.

Stayed one night on trip to Florida. Older hotel but clean. Nice area. Easily accessible off the interstate.

I liked it was quiet and clean.

Picture shows a pool but wasnt informed of it being closed until after check in. Also staff was never at the front desk when you needed them. We also asked for extra towels since we paid for a party of 4 and only had two towels. When asked for two more they told us they didnt have any extra.

We was very dissatisfied all around. Pictures don’t match the rooms. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, our room had the oddest syrup smell. The whole room stayed damp feeling. The bed sheets, floor, chairs and all felt damp with moisture. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor no matter how the shower was on, there was mold on the ceilings in the bathroom. We all woke up with full blown allergy discomfort from the mold. The room door had to be slammed to shut and shoved to open. The pool was taped off and closed. We spoke to the front desk clerk about the loudness from the room above us until 2 am and he laughed at us. Definitely will not be back to stay here.

Not sure what to share that hasn’t already been stated by other reviewers. Cons: Pool is still not open as of 5/20/24. When washing our clothes when we returned home, every single one of my husbands white athletic socks were really muddy on the bottoms. Come to figure out the filth was from walking on the carpet in our hotel room. Yikes! The smell of mildew was overwhelming and unmistakable each time we walked into our hotel room. Pros: The female staffers were helpful and friendly. Water pressure was very good. Old jetted tub with no instructions actually worked! Verdict: Glad we survived but we will not be returning

Great one night stop over.

This is our 2nd year staying at this hotel. It’s one of the closest ones to the truck show we attend annually. I wouldn’t say it’s the nicest place but the convenience is why we come back, plus the water pressure is always good LOL. The one guy at the front desk is super rude every single time, can’t stand him and surprised his still employed there but luckily he’s on the night shifts. Everyone else is super friendly and for the price you can’t beat it, especially so close to Nashville.

Stayed two nights and never had a complaint. From the front desk check in to the check out, everything was awesome.

Quick check in, accommodated me same day no hassle

The only reason I’m even merely giving this a 2 star is bc of Amesha! She was very helpful, kind and accommodating! However, VERY OUTDATED, VERY DISAPPOINTING, other staff besides her was very rude and we hadn’t even been checked in for 5 hours and housekeeping was banging on our door. The “pull out” bed from the couch was absolutely a disgrace! Idk how long the garbage had been under the bed/couch. Idk what kind of stains, and dirt were on the sheets and in the “mattress pad protector” When I went to the front desk to ask for a clean mattress pad protector— the man stated they didn’t have any for the sofa beds. I had to take it outside and shake it out and clean before we could even lay our child down for bed! I should’ve turned around then and asked for a reimbursement, and went elsewhere! The pool has been “under maintenance” for over 6 months! Was the only reason we booked our reservation here for our 9 yo daughters very FIRST CHEER Competition! I will most DEFINITELY spend the extra money somewhere updated, cleaner, and just better all the way around! I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Unless you’re looking for a trap house and just for a few hours!

booked the room for the pool, was not informed that the pool was not open until we got here. Breakfast doesn’t start until 9:30am which is very inconvenient

This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever walked into. Ron at the front desk was so rude. I ended up not even staying. I walked in then walked out and booked a hotel down the street. I requested a refund - because it was not as advertised online and they refused. I do not recommend anyone staying at this dingy, moldy hotel. I’d rather sleep in my car than stay in this hub for trafficking. I’m highly disappointed in hotels.com for allowing this hotel to be available on their website.

Rooms are very very small, our dated as well, fridge was broken, tables and sink had some damage to them, light switch was very crooked, you can’t open windows in room either.

The room was very dirty. Smears of stuff on the tables, lamps, walls, handles, etc. The hotel is in poor condition as we walked through the halls to our room. The only plus was that the bed itself was comfortable. There was also a strong scent in the room, couldn’t tell if it was blowing through the vent or on the bed. Would not recommend this hotel, not even for the price.

This place is a dump! The handles of the bathroom faucet comes off when you touch it, the sink drains as slow as molasses and the beds are concrete! Never again!!!!

First we get into our room it smells like mold and the carpet was wet maybe the hottube was missing nobs the room felt dirty and moist the tv is outdated the bed was hard as a rock and very lumpy the pool was out of order they didnt infrom us nor was there signs i asked for a refund due to all these problems and was refused
