Wonderful staff, rooms clean

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice and cool when I entered the room. I love staying here!

One night stay. We were VERY happy with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

Excellent Quiet Friendly

The photo on the website is deceiving in that the property appeared to be more modern. I was unable to stay in my 1st room due to a horrible odor, which I believe to be carpet that had gotten wet. Moved to a 2nd room, which was better, but still not what I expected. The room was clean, however. The best part about the breakfast was the waffle maker. Everything else was cold, but I did eat a few hours after breakfast started so maybe it was hot earlier. My biggest disappointment was the Fitness Center. I planned to work out, and am accustomed to a variety of equipment. There was one stair stepper and one treadmill. Both older models. I am not usually a luxury hotel traveler, but am still accustomed to better accommodations and amenities. Will not return to this property and do not recommend.

Easy check in and clean rooms

The room I stayed in was in need of some work. There were stains on the ceiling, the ice bucket was moldy, overall cleanliness was not great. The staff was very nice and friendly.

What a fun and modern boutique hotel

I was a little worried at first from a previous review that was written but after staying there, everything was great. Would definitely stay there again

The hotel was pretty much what I would have expected for the price. It was pretty clean but a little dated, especially the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean but outdated. This is not an easy walk to the Clemson campus, especially in the summer.

We were there for one night to visit the college the next day. Everything was great including the breakfast.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARD INFO. DO NOT STAY. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND REFUSE TO HELP. god awful experience that left me crying and quite literally calling the police. these people charged me random amounts over and over again adding up to hundreds of dollars, overdrawing my bank account, resulting in tons of fees, and left me stranded alone without any money, food, or gas for days. despite me having clear records of all of these charges, employees and the manager not only refuse to so much as apologize, but insist that it DIDNT EVEN HAPPEN?!?! the front desk told me no multiple times when i asked to speak to a manager or owner. after increasing my room rate without informing me in the first place, the rude and unhelpful manager had the had the audacity to imply that i should be grateful that she decreased my rate back to the CORRECT RATE WHICH I ORIGINALLY AGREED UPON. cost me hundreds of dollars, ruined my trip, and now i have had to get an attorney involved.

Great boutique hotel. Perfect for what we needed which was something simple and affordable for a one night stay. Cute breakfast area. Bed was comfortable. Staff was courteous but didn’t go out of their way to be extra friendly.
