Under construction and appeared a little worn.

The hotel was doing renovations. There were tarps on the floors and workers with drywall mud. Recommend they should have worked on one floor at a time. ALSO, there were MANY children in the indoor pool running and jumping, doing flips into the pool all while being unattended!! There should be adult supervision!!

The bed had a dip in it, was very low to the ground and I had to double up the cover to sleep on to make the bed a little softer. The blanket in the closet was not really a blanket, but another cover that would not have been comfortable to use for a blanket. Check out took a little too long, but the service person did figure out the issue.

Friendly staff clean rooms

Staff was lovely. Hotel is close to highway and restaurants. The only disappointment was the pool was unavailable and that was a big reason we chose this hotel…we wish we had known ahead of time.

If you’re ever in this area, this is the place you need to stay. The staff is fabulous. And the breakfast is so yummy.

Overall great stay but the bathroom wasn’t as clean. There was hair in the shower and in the corner of the bathroom floor which left me questioning the overall cleanliness.

Bathroom had body hair in the tub and sink. Breakfast was emptied by745. Pool was so bad i ddnt let my girls go in.

Temperature control in the room was a little challenging. Had to set temperature really low to make the room comfortable. Was finally able to get a comfortable temperature but took most of the night.

Room was not clean, but otherwise OK. Carpets were very obviously not swept; dragging dirt around in your socks and fingernails on the floor.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable accommodation. Staff was friendly and responsive. Room was sanitized and extra sanitizing wipes were provided. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

We were told that there was work going on in the hotel with no further details. Well, it was plaster work and paint right outside our room. I had to breathe plaster dust for my entire stay of 3 nights. Workers were loud and messy. Hotel should NEVER have given us this room in their work area. When asked if I could move, they didn't have a similar room to accommodate us. I do give t.he manager for trying. Morning front desk person told me the manager was not there. Never asked if there was anything she could help me with. Spoke to the afternoon manager but by that time I was pretty angry. Quality of pillows is not what they used to be. Soft, thin and flimsy. I always chose Hampton Inns because they had great bedding. Not anymore. Very unhappy customer and most likely will never go to a Hampton Inn again.

Good location; however; the hotel needs an update. The bed was very low to the floor and extremely soft- very uncomfortable!

Hotel is very outdated. Construction going on in the hotel and was not disclosed when we checked in. I always use Hampton and this is the worst yet. Bed uncomfortable plus a fire 3 doors down from us that woke us up to fireman. We were told electrical. Hallways dirty. Too high priced for what it was. If we weren’t too tired I would not have stayed there. Do not recommend

Good location,clean,good breakfast, only small thing was the tub needed some recalking,we would stay again.

Our stay was ok. The front desk clerk was really nice. Like previous reviews state it is definitely an older property with cosmetic issues. It doesn’t give Hilton property aesthetic nor should it be over $200 a night.

Very nice staff. Building looks a bit older and room was clean but not the nicest for the price. Fitness center was very minimal with a peloton that was broken. breakfast was as expected with good service

Safe and not far from where I had to travel

Nice standard hotel. Only pris the beds are way to tall. I had to use a chair to step on to get into the bed. Very good breakfast

It was really disappointing. We got there and when we got up to the room we were going to give our daughter a bath but while filling the tub black specs came out of the faucet. So we just opted not to bathe her. At around 2:30 the room smelled like cigarette smoke it woke us all up. I looked outside the room and the window and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The baby has asthma and was clearly not falling back asleep after trying for 2 hours so we left at around 4am. There wasn’t anyone at the desk when we left. Otherwise I would have brought this up then. It’s a nice hotel maybe we just got a not so great room.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. It has been awhile since our last visit and was looking forward to this visit. I was so disappointed! The room smelled like urine and the tile in the entryway and bathroom was so gross my shoes kept sticking to the floor. Breakfast foods were not stocked, no bread even for toast. Room service was non existent. Definitely not worth the money.

Overall the stay was decent, but the bathtub was broken and lots of metal shavings were coming out every time the water was turned on

Theresa was absolutely wonderful. The only complaint was the actual door to room #103... it is CROOKED ans the hallway light & freezing a/c air coming in through the crack was annoying while we were trying to get some sleep. I had to close a towel in the door to minimize it. Otherwise, it was all good! 👍

Always a good experience as we’ve stayed here several times.

It was a vert hot humid day and the staff had free cold drinks available for guests. Also good breakfast.

Very friendly. Very clean. Good location. Parking is a bit odd with so mag "reserved" spots but not too bad. Nice pool, not too deep...good for kids. Would be nice to have a hot tub but not a show stopper. Good breakfast and awesome sweet tea in the evening...a special treat!
