toilet didn't quite flush

it was so dirty and gross, seen actual roach come out the wall, all the outlets where hanging out the wall. the shower rod was barely hanging on falling out the wall blood stain on the wall. pee stained sheets

Provided a good stopping on trip with easy access to interstate. Room amenities were good.

Asked for 1st floor room and was given room on 1st floor in the back that had another floor below. This was a surprise and had to go up a set of stair with luggage, cooler, etc. I would have appreciated disclosure up front.

Breakfast wasn't. Coffee wasn't ready at 7:00 am.

The fact that it was dirty and there were cockroaches in the room!

The room had not been prepared for my arrival as a guest. Many electric connections in the room were NOT working. As many as 3 bulbs in the room were not working. Electric points on one whole side of the room were out of order. Even the TV initially did not work; a wire was loose. A handyman came in and fixed the TV connection. But he could not fix the bulbs. And the TV guide--a list of channels--in the room was outdated. Another thing: when we checked in Friday evening, the receptionist told us that the breakfast time next day was 6:30 AM. So, we planned breakfast at that time, since we wanted to start early. When we went to the breakfast area, one employee said, because that day was Saturday, the breakfast time had been shifted to 7:00 AM. Overall, the management of the property is poor; the employees have no motivation to care for the guests.

Electric connections should work. The TV menu should be up-to-date. The room should be thoroughly prepared for the guest arrival. The breakfast should start at 6:30 AM everyday, including weekend.

Bugs! Upon arrival there was a spider and what looked like a roach in the bath tub. Only in room for 5 hours and had 8 bugs total. Found 1 in our bed and that was the end! We left!

Had a fridge and freezer in the room. Room was nice.

Bathroom needed some attention. There was hair in the sink.

Room was clean and comfortable. While minor issues occurred, they were resolved quickly. Easy access to interstate.

Some elements required updating (large chip in sink).

I liked the very friendly service they were there to talk to when you needed.

The room floor was slippery and dirty it made your feet black as coal with dirt.

Worst place ever

Man on the sidewalk passed out. Front desk was rude upon arrival. Outside smoking approached me as I stepped out of the car. Asking me if questions; instead of just walking inside. Room was dirty. Had to have a maintenance man take me to show me the room. That in itself was very uncomfortable. Then my other guests came in and said let's get out of here there is a man upstairs talking about running drugs. An old man came in the lobby, then went outside repeating everything I said. As I walked outside the upstairs man started screaming get the **** out of here. I asked for a refund. She couldn't do so. Couldn't get ahold of the owner/management. This place is the worst. I suggest not even having this place on booking.com. sure not worth $105!

this by far was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed!! I will be reporting to there local health department and there is no breakfast included so that’s a big lie too
