It was a pleasant experience.

The elevators were broken and that was never explained to us prior to arriving. My elderly sister had a very hard time maneuvering the stairs. There was no discount offered. Then there was a lohd party on the third floor that kept some of our party up until 4am in the morning.

Front staff, breakfast staff and housekeeper are friendly and have good customer service. Love that the hotel entrance and even the elevator is secure and no one can enter without a key card. There was a notice to swipe our key card in order to go up to our floor and for some reason we missed reading it. 😂 Breakfast was a plus having a buffet breakfast compare to the other hotels.

Woken up at 3am by front desk asking if we heard any noise in the hall. Why would anyone ever do that? Walls paper thin. Area not good.

It was a a nice hotel, it was just cumbersome to have to use key card to access just about everything. Air conditioner was loud and didn’t seem to hold a consistent temperature.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Without even being asked they got my room ready early since I had a 5 hr gap between my flight arrival and typical check in time. The front desk staff was helpful with whatever was needed and the room and lobby were clean and welcoming! Thanks for a GREAT stay!

Staff were awesome! The front desk lady helped us so much. Breakfast was good, well stocked and hot. The area isn’t the most safe. It’s the first hotel where we’ve been and had the front door locked 24/7. I felt safe with this but it’s just the area.

We went to check in and the doors would not open. We came in And out of the building looking for someone for 30 minutes and started knocking loudly on the door. Eventually a woman appeared and said she was in the bathroom and accused us of kicking the door (we did not) she said she would pull the footage which i asked her to do but she then refused. She then said that our reservation didn’t exist and there were no rooms available.

Staff was awesome. Hotel room neighbors were not. I stayed 3 nights and each night there was noise/partying. The staff quickly addressed the issues though so that was nice. Overall, if the area was better, I’d definitely return. Thanks to the staff here!
